I have known Fr. Arun as a colleague, companion, and friend. I have understood him as a person, we have accepted any differences between us with patience, and we have developed a strong bond of companionship. Fr. Arun’s place in the Lavasa campus can never be replaced. He has worked endlessly to ensure that the institution thrives under different circumstances. We have been through several good times and struggles and having each other’s support has brought us to where we are today. Since Fr. Arun is moving to Pune, I am certain that he will help the Lavasa campus broaden its connections to the city. He is not really leaving us because his mentorship and wonderful presence has made a difference in all our lives in Lavasa. To me, Fr. message fom BBA Fr. Dr. Arun Antony Chully is a sparkling personality with a pleasant smile. His presence in any environment makes it more pleasant and creates a sense of positivity. His dynamism as an academician, as a leader, as a teacher and as a priest has made him a standalone personality especially while executing his varied responsibilities. As an Academic Coordinator, he spreads the quality of teaching and learning among the teaching community for the betterment of the young generations. To us, he has been an inspiring administrator who is always calm, intelligent, and motivational. Our conversations with him have always been memorable because there is something very unique about his personality and the way he says things with conviction. message fom ACC lavasa Fr Arun has been a great spiritual leader for the Christities. We all know that Lavasa is a place which is a bit isolated and away from the city life, keeping us aloof from the regular church practices and rituals. We would have gone astray because of the worldliness and lack of spiritual fellowship. But Fr Arun was a constant provider of God’s word and his wisdom. Like a shepherd to his flocks, he led the people with a constant reminder of eternal life and the purpose of life on earth. He has intrinsically motivated the congregation by practicing spiritual values and exhibiting altruistic values through his words and deeds. His efforts to encourage the lost and hopeless align completely to how Jesus taught his disciples. It is through his power of persuasion every Sunday that helped us contemplate about our relationships, values and purpose. His kind and generous attributes inspired us to look at him as a role model.
