Creative Designers Timberlyne is focused on attention to detail, expertise, and innovation. Our team of exceptional designers will draft drawings of your dream structure. Trained in the ancient craft of timber frame design, our architect and CAD design team is no stranger to thinking outside the box to come up with creative solutions to bring your vision to life. Technology & Tradition Our combined Timberlyne facilities feature 75,000 square feet under roof to provide a controlled environment for the production of our products. The use of robotics and CNC machines ensure precise cuts of large timbers and enables us to provide a plethora of complicated cuts and design options. We also offer a full line of accessories to make your project unique. Our skilled artisans have years of experience and follow rigorous quality control when finishing the joints and crafting our doors, windows, cupolas, and other specialty items. 6

Homes Home is Where You Belong Timberlyne’s stunning homes bring the beauty and warmth of wood indoors whether you prefer a rustic post and beam home featuring rough-cut timbers joined with steel plates, a true timber frame with mortise and tenon joinery, or even a hybrid home. Our frames are load bearing, making all Timberlyne structures extremely strong and versatile in design. We can provide you with the frame, vertical wall package, and roof insulation package to create everything you need for the shell of your home or just the timber frame. We can guide your local builder by answering questions or provide on-site assistance, help find a reputable contractor, or install the structure with our own expert in-house teams. Naturally Healthy and Energy Efficient Wood has both insulating and sound absorption properties and naturally breathes, making it a superior building material. Wood also has a higher energy efficiency rating than steel or concrete. Timberlyne Journey STEP Whether you have a rough sketch, architectural plans, or simply want to learn more about us, contact Timberlyne’s team 01 of experts to get started on your journey. From preliminary planning and design specifics to budgeting questions, we will COLLABORATING work with you on all the details. STEP Once your preliminary design is in place, Timberlyne will help refine your vision and develop a visual model. Upon final 02 design, an engineered set of construction documents will bring your structure to life. CREATING After you finalize your plans and delivery is scheduled, STEP Timberlyne will connect with our own saw mill and other trusted vendors to secure the highest quality materials. Our 03 timber frames are cut from premier fiber from responsibly managed forests to be of the highest grades on the market. GATHERING STEP When your timbers and other materials arrive, it is time to put Timberlyne’s timeless techniques and modern technology to 04 work. Specialized CNC machinery will process each timber with exact precision. Skilled artisans will hand finish the CRAFTING intricate details, handcraft your accessories and package your order for delivery.
