V Virtualbox: Oracle VM VirtualBox is cross-platform virtualization software. It allows users to extend their existing computer to run multiple operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Oracle Solaris, at the same time. VPN: stands for \"Virtual Private Network\" and allows to create a protected network connection when using public networks.VPN connects you to a remote server and assigns you a different IP address. Thus, it effectively creates a layer of defense against hackers and other malicious inhabitants of the internet

W WEB CAMera: A video camera that faces the user. Webcams are built into laptops but are separate units that attach to the monitor of a desktop computer. A Webcam is used for video calling and taking selfies, and although most models include a microphone, many users opt to use headphones for better audio quality. Web Browser: An application software for accessing world wide web. WebM: It is an audiovisual media file format and offer a royalty- free alternative to use in the HTML5 video and audio elements.

W Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is the wireless technology used to connect computers, tablets, smartphones and other devices to the internet. Wi-Fi is the radio signal sent from a wireless router to a nearby device, which translates the signal into data you can see and use. Windows: It is a group of proprietary graphical operating system families and developed by Microsoft. WLAN: It is a wireless computer network that links more devices to form a local area network.

W WPA: Wifi Protected access program developed to secure wireless computer networks. Www: It stands for 'World Wide Web'. It is an information space where documents can be accessed using a web browser.

X X-Ray: X-rays are a type of radiation called electromagnetic waves. X-ray imaging creates pictures of the inside of your body. The images show the parts of your body in different shades of black and white. This is because different tissues absorb different amounts of radiation. X64: x64 is shorthand for 64-bit processor architecture. x64 processors can run 64- bit applications, which are built and compiled for 64-bit hardware.

X XML: Stands for \"Extensible Markup Language. XML is used to define documents with a standard format that can be read by any XML-compatible application. Y YAHOO!: Yahoo! is one of the Internet's leading search engines. It is also the largest Web portal, providing links to thousands of other websites.

Y Yobibyte: A yobibyte is a unit of data storage that equals 2 to the 80th power, or 1,208,925,819,614,629,174,706,176 bytes. Youtube: YouTube is a video sharing service where users can watch, like, share, comment and upload their own videos. The video service can be accessed on PCs, laptops, tablets and via mobile phones.

Z Zip: To zip files to archive and compress them into one file of smaller size using a program such as winzip. It is a handy way to make files smaller before sending them via email. Zoom: Zoom allows one-to-one chat sessions that can grow into group calls, training sessions and webinars for internal and external audiences, and global video meetings with up to 1,000 participants and as many as 49 on-screen videos. Zebibyte: A zebibyte is a unit of data storage that equals 2 to the 70th power, or 1,180,591,620,717,411,303,424 bytes.
