User GuideConference rooms schedulers is a group people within facilities throughout Connecticut that lend available serviceto DPH staff. They will assist you in scheduling the use of conference rooms to maximize the use of conferenceroom resources that will best match the meeting purpose, number of meeting attendees, and the equipmentrequirements to the available rooms as efficiently within their means.Requestors are responsible for providing conference room schedulers with accurate information about theirconference room needs. The meeting requestor is also responsible for cancelling the room reservation if the roomis no longer needed and adhering to the conference room standard operating procedures.Personal use is considered use that is not business related or management authorized.
