Ron Joyce was originally the franchisee of Restaurant #1, located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. By 1967, he and Tim Horton became full partners in the company and after Tim's tragic death in a car accident in February of 1974; Ron Joyce became the sole owner. SELF SERVE WITH CASH (AND BAKED GOODS) Self-Serve Scope of Work  Services as noted to be brought to the area  Unit is supplied with built in electrical panel  If a security grill is required it is the responsibility of the client to provide Electrical Service Minimum 100 amp, 120/208 volt. 3 phase 4 wire, main disconnect switch or mainbreaker check required. Based on layout as shown. TDL to supply generic mechanical drawings Sanitary 2” sanitary sewer line complete with floor drain and clean out to a location within the premises as approved by the tenant. Water Service 3/4” min Cold & Hot water lines as per TDL’s drawings, complete with shut off valves terminated in the lease space or such larger water service required by applicable building codes and or approving authority. Where the landlord cannot provide sufficient hot water, the landlord will provide an electric hot water tank as specified in the final working drawings supplied by TDL. Data & DSL Lines (for acceptance of debit, credit & Tim Card) 50 mm (2”) Conduit with pull string and cat 5e FT6 Ethernet cable from the Communication room into the cart premises for our Master Card, Tim Card payment program, POS system as notes on the TDL’s final working drawings.If the franchise does not order their Point of Sales System from a TDL approved supplier than they will be responsible to run the cat 5e cabling for the Tim Card system from the Smart Store Rack to the reader located within the Store front.
