Manage Users1. Click on the ADD icon within the left glass panel.2. Insert the following details for a user: a. Name b. Surname c. Username d. Password (twice) e. Set Active or not based on whether you want to activate or de-activate the user.3. Set User Roles – you need to associate a role to this new user4. Template Categories – are the categories that this user will be allowed to see and work on.5. Subcategories are similar to step (4) above whereby the user can be set to access certain subcategories only.6. Click on SAVE or CANCEL accordingly.7. You can also delete users by clicking on DELETE.Manage Categories and Subcategories1. Clicking on any of the icons to manage categories will load the grid of the existing list.2. To be able to ADD a category or subcategory click on ADD NEW at the bottom of the grid.3. Editing or Deleting of categories is done by clicking on the right hand buttons within the grid.IMP: Once you create a new category or subcategory, remember to set the userswho can access it using the USERS panel.Manage TemplatesUpon clicking on templates the solution will load all the templates within the systemgrouped by Categories and Subcategories.IMP: Any templates that are not associated to a category will be grouped under aBLANK subcategory.Managing templates can be done either via creating a new template using the ADDbutton on the left panel, or else by clicking on the EDIT button on the right hand sideof the grid. Templates can also be de-activated and also deleted. Page | 1

 Clicking on ADD will open a blank canvas on which to start Within the RIGHT panel of the canvas: a. Fill the NAME of the template b. Fill DESCRIPTION of the template to fill the details of the template c. Set the template as ACTIVE accordingly d. Select the CATEGORY under which this template will sit e. A thumbnail image can also be uploaded with the template (OPTIONAL) Click on SAVE to be able to store the details accordingly. PLEASE NOTE – It is important that you SAVE often as not to lose any uncommitted work In order to start building your templates use the ADD COMPONENT button in order to be able to start building the contents of the HTML page. Clicking on this icon will load all the available components. Such components are constantly being updated with latest modules. Each component has different settings which can be modified by the user. Each setting is defined within the popup panels. Once you add a component within the canvas a set of icons appear on the right hand side doing the following: DELETE the component EDIT the details of the component MOVE UP the component within the list MOVE DOWN the component within the list REPLICATE component with all the details Clicking on DUPLICATE will create a replica of the whole newsletter with all the canvas and all the details within the components. EXPORT will create an HTML file with all the components and download it to your local environment. SAVE will save any pending changes. CANCEL will exit from the current template without saving the pending changes.
