VS VOLLEYBALL SEPAK TAKRAW Sepak takraw or takraw is a very popular sport sepak takraw in Thailand. The name comes from the ball they use to play it. It’s a team sport and there are usually three players in each team. The match or regu starts when one player throws the ball into the air and another player, the tekong, kicks it. The others on the team pass the ball to their teammates, and over the net using their head, feet, knees or chest. They mustn’t use their hands. The regu lasts for three sets of twenty-one points. The team with the most sets (two out of three) wins the regu. Volleyball is a popular sport in the UK. It’s a lot volleyball like takraw. In volleyball, there are six players on each team, and the players use their hands and 15 arms to pass the ball. Another difference is that a volleyball match has got up to five sets of twenty-five points. In a volleyball match, the team with the best out of five sets wins. 3 Read again and write T for True or F for False. 1. There are six players in a game of volleyball. 2.
