01 Company Background

COMPANY BACKGROUND ● The company was established in 2013 in Melaka ● The business for Sheilashaari's company is to sell Muslimah clothes online and also in boutiques. ● Each design released by this company has its own identity because the design is an idea from the owner himself. ● The owner of Sheilashaari has taken the initiative to return to the village and open a new business in Parit Buntar, Perak in 2018.

02 S.W.O.T (Strenght, Weaness, Opportunities, Threat)

STRENGHT

• Has the latest designs that are able to meet every demand from all groups from children to the elderly, the cut used is also very suitable regardless of body cut

WEAKNESS

• the use of the same material and the use of the same color for each design in Sheilashaari indirectly makes customers easily feel bored with the material

OPPORTUNITIES

• opening job opportunities to young people in Parit Buntar, Perak as the company is growing and needs many employees in the coming year

THREAT

• design development of each shirt to meet the needs of customers • market opportunities to face competitors • a sudden increase in new brands
