Since then this date has been celebrated as AIMA’s Foundation Day. In 2006, AIMA celebrated its Golden Jubilee with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, then President of India on its Foundation Day in 2006. February 21st was declared as India's 'National Management Day'. This flagship event since then came to be known as the AIMA Foundation Day and National Management Day, which is celebrated every year by the AIMA network of 66 Local Management Associations (LMAs) all over the country. The President of India Dr A P J Abdul Kalam had validated the celebration of Management Day every year to coincide with the Foundation Day of All India Management Association (AIMA) – the apex body for Management in the country. This was brought out by his Guru Vashishta who gave all the students a chance to bring down a mango which was hanging from a tree. He asked all of them what they could see, while all stated all the things around the mango, Arjuna was the only one who stated that he could see nothing but the mango and hear nothing else since he could only see the object which he was supposed to bring down. He also brought in his ppt the monkeys who are also around us and distract us. We should ensure that there is no distraction and we should be led away from the path which we are supposed to tread. The sixth chapter provided information on the primary data collected for the research. Data analysis and interpretation reflects the gist of the data gathered. The seventh chapter included conclusions and suggestions provided by the researcher based on the research. This information provided the basis for the implementation of policy decisions.
