About Bay Coast Rowing Center The Bay Coast Rowing Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is believed to be the first boathouse in America to be built primarily for the benefit of low and moderate income stu- dents. We are located 55 miles south of Boston on the South Watuppa Pond in Fall River, it is one of the few rowing sites in the United States approved for Olympic trials.
