About Us Family Health Practice LLC, located in Silver Spring, MD, is the Clinic for all patients of cultural diversity. The Primary Care is lead by a Board- certified Nurse Practitioner. We consider each individual unique in the concept of illness. Nurse Practitioner I have been a Provider for three years, working with other doctors in the clinic to promote better patient outcome. Currently, as the Owner and Medical Director of Family Health Practice, I provide diverse patient care to individuals of all ages. I deliver the highest standard of care, utilizing the most recent advancement in medicine. We provide excellent medical services to patients of all ages with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and for health preventive services including but not limited to immunizations, age appropriate screenings, weight management, and wound care services.
