Honoured Sir, Today i.e on 25-06-2016 at 20.30 hrs received a complaint from Mohd. Javeed S/o Mohd. Ghouse, age 28yrs, R/o H.No. 1-1-32/2958, Saibaba Nagar, Kapra, R.R.Dist which read as 4

follows,To DT:25-06-2016The Inspector of Police,Abid Road P.S,HYDERABAD. Sir I, Mohd. Javeed S/o Mohd. Ghouse, age 28yrs, R/o H.No. 1-1-32/2958, Saibaba Nagar,Kapra, R.R.Dist, bring to your kind notice that, through Social media I came to know that theconsultancies i.e Vision Abroad, Shyne HR solutions and Raza Enterprises, situated their office at 5thfloor, Raghava Ratna Towers, Beside Medwin Hospital, Abids, are offering jobs at abroad. Bybelieving their adds in the month of April-2016 I approached the consultancy, where I met with Mr.Athar Hussain, on which he made introduced the owners of the consultants i.e 1) Mr. Syed. AmjadHussain, 2) Abu Bakar Siddiqui and 3) Masood Ahmed Faisal, where in they made me believing togive appointment for the Job of Store Keeper or Salesman at Saudi, for which he offered me to payRs 75,000/- for processing fees, Rs 10,000/- for travelling charges and Rs 5,000/- for medicalcharges, later they took my passport for the Visa Process. On their demand Initially I gave Rs 18,000/- by hand to Mr. Athar Hussain, in the presence of the owners of the consultants i.e 1) Mr. Syed.Amjad Hussain, 2) Abu Bakar Siddiqui and 3) Masood Ahmed Faisal. Later again Mr. Syed. AmjadHussain asked me to deposit Rs 48,000/- in to the A/c of his employee Mr. Athar Hussain, on whichI deposited Rs 28,000/- on 01-05-2016 and Rs 20,000/- on 05-05-2016 in to the account of hisemployee Mr. Athar Hussain vide A/c No. 62109239274, SBH Bank. Later when I approached theiroffice for visa, Mr. Syed. Amjad Hussain, Abu Bakar Siddiqui and Masood Ahmed Faisal, who werepresent in the office advised me to go to Al-Amar Travels Services, Sjay House, 1st floor, BelowerBarkat English School, 67 Moulana Azad Road, Mumbai to collect the Visa and to sign on the Jobagreement papers. On which I visited the Al-Amar Travels Services, where I came to know that Mr.Syed. Amjad Hussain of Vision Abroad, Shyne HR solutions and Raza Enterprises has not paid anyamount for my Job. The Al-Amar Travels Services has informed me to sign on the agreementpapers for the Job of daily labour, but I denied to sign on the job agreement papers, as Mr. Syed.Amjad Hussain and his partners has collected money for the Job of Store Keeper or Salesman. Later many times I approached their office at R.R. Towers, Abids, but they did not returnedmy money. Then I along with my mother Zaniab Begum visited their office and requested to returnour money, but they did not returned my money and they threatened me and my mother in filthylanguage. Thus I came to know that 1) Mr. Syed. Amjad Hussain, 2) Abu Bakar Siddiqui and 3)Masood Ahmed Faisal who are the partners and M.D of Vision Abroad, Shyne HR solutions and RazaEnterprises, R.R.Towers, Abids along with their employee Mr. Athar Hussain, by colluding togethercheated me in the guise of sending me abroad for Job. Later I came to know that Mr. Syed. Amjad Hussain and his partners also cheated manypersons in the same manner. Hence I request to take necessary legal action against 1) Mr. Syed.
