In 1984 Masaki Hirokoh successfully completed the Master Course in Information Engineering at the Graduate School of Shinshu University. In April 1984, he entered Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (currently PANASONIC CORPORATION) and served at the company for 22 years, engaging in Research & Development in the Magnetic Storage field, and Intellectual and Property Administration. In November, 2000, he passed the Examination of Patent Attorney in Japan.

In July, 2008 Masaki Hirokoh joined Masaru Ishihara’s patent firm, which had had about 30-year history, to manage whole international cases. On April 1, 2009, Masaki Hirokoh took over whole business of Masaru Ishihara’s firm and newly established present HIROKOH PATENT OFFICE.
