Browser Compatibility IssuesProblem: You are using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome that is listed as compatible with theseproducts but you get a message saying your browser is not compatible.Solution: If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or Mozilla for Windows XP with Service Pack 3, theincompatibility message is false, you can ignore it. While using Internet Explorer 8, follow the steps todisable the error:
Select Tools Compatibility View Settings. Remove the domain name of your Cisco WebEx Meetings Server from the list of web sites that you have added to your Compatibility View if it is present.2. Voice clarity on High-Availability SystemProblem: In a large environment with conference configured, voice might not be clear.Possible Cause: Your network is disconnected between your primary and high-availability machines for afew minutes while a meeting is taking place.Solution : You will have to manually re-join the meeting.3. Cannot Connect to WebEx SiteProblem: You cannot connect to your WebEx site using a browser that requires SSL 3.0.Possible Cause: FIPS is enabled which blocks SSL 3.0.Solution Disable FIPS.Follow the steps to disable FIPSa. Click Start, type regedit in the start search box and hit enter.b. In the registry editor navigate toHKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FIPSAlgorithmPolicy\Enabledc. This registry value reflects the current FIPS setting. If this setting is enabled, the value is 1. If thissetting is disabled, the value is 0.d. To disable it double click on the file and select 0.e. Restart the computer and check.4. Meeting Status is IncorrectProblem: You have joined a meeting but the Start button is still blinking on the Meetings page.Solution: This is a known issue. Incorrect status on the Meetings page does not affect your ability toparticipate in the meeting.5. Unable to Start a MeetingProblem : You are unable to start a meeting.Possible Cause : Your port numbers may not be configured correctly.Solution : Ensure that your firewall or load balancing solution redirects requests to the correct ports tomake sure end users can host and join meetings successfully.Please follow the below steps,
1. Click Start and in the Search for Programs and Files box type Firewall and press enter.2. In the found programs, click Windows Firewall.3. If the Windows Firewall is enabled the Windows Firewall state will be on. To turn it off, clickChange settings or Turn Windows Firewall on or off in the left column.4. In the Firewall Settings window, select Off and click ok.6. Hardware Issues. Processor issue. Headset issue Microphone issue.
