Tiir 1 - Executive Talent Search Each Tiir 1 search will be handled by a Talentiir consultant with relevant experience and sector knowledge. At the outset of each Tiir 1 search a detailed role specification is agreed between ourselves and our client. As well as the required technical skills required, we will work to establish the competencies and behavioural characteristics that will ensure the best cultural fit with our client Prior to a search commencing we will submit for approval a proposal identifying the organisations that we will be targeting to identify appropriate candidates. In addition, we will make use of the Talentiir data systems to build a network of direct and referral contacts as well as to deploy our social reach programme to drive inward traffic. Subject to client agreement we may use targeted advertising which may appear client branded or anonymous
Our proposal will contain the key milestones that are agreed with our client. These include Long list objectives – numbers approached and the ratio of approaches to screening and interview over agreed timelines Short list objectives – numbers presented for each role over agreed timelines The use of agreed assessment tools where appropriate A commitment from. Our client to interview and provide feedback on each short-listed candidate within an agreed timeline Our Terms Each assignment is bespoke and fees will be agreed at the outset. We operate to fixed terms in order to provide clarity. Our terms work on a shared risk basis with our client investing 25% of the fee on commencement. Talentiir will then take on 75% of the risk with the remaining fee only payable when each candidate commences their appointment
