ครบรอบ 71 ปี สมาคม ไว ดบั ยู ซี เอ กรงุ เทพฯ YWCA of Bangkok’s 71th Anniversary นมัสการขอบคุณพระเจา้ คณะกรรมการอำ� นวยการ ทป่ี รกึ ษา อนกุ รรมการ พนกั งาน และสมาชกิ รว่ มนมสั การขอบคณุ พระเจา้ ทท่ี รงนำ� สมาคมฯ ในการส�ำแดงความรักความเมตตาของพระเจ้าผ่านด�ำเนินพันธกิจด้านสาธารณประโยชน์ต่อสังคมไทย ในโอกาสครบรอบ 71 ปี สมาคมฯ ในวันเสาร์ท่ี 21 กรกฎาคม 2561 เวลา 09.30–10.30 น. ณ หอ้ งประชมุ อบั ดลุ ราฮมิ สมาคม ไว ดับยู ซี เอ กรงุ เทพฯ การนมสั การเรม่ิ ตน้ ด้วยการอธษิ ฐานโดย นางสาวสมรจติ ต์ สริ อิ สิ สระนันท์ ท่ปี รกึ ษากรรมการอำ� นวยการ ตอ่ ดว้ ย การถวายเพลงพิเศษ “ขอบพระคณุ ในความรกั เมตตา” โดยกรรมการและพนกั งานสมาคมฯ แบง่ ปนั พระวจนะในหวั ขอ้ “การดี ของพระเจ้า” โดยอาจารย์วาระ มชี ูธน ศิษยาภิบาลคริสตจกั รเมอื งไทย และอธิษฐานขอพระพร โดย นางวรรณี พลอยพิศุทธิ์ ประธานฝา่ ยศาสนา Board of Directors, Advisors to the Board, Subcommittee Members , Members and staffs attended a worship service to give thanks to the Lord for guiding YWCA of Bangkok in expressing His love and mercy through social services on the occasion of YWCA of Bangkok’s 71st Anniversary, held on Saturday 21st July 2018, 09.30–10.30 hrs, at Abdurahim Meeting Room, YWCA of Bangkok. The worship service started from Opening Prayer by Ms. Samonchit Siri-Isranant, Advisor to the Board and Song Offering, titled “Thanks, O God, for Boundless Mercy” by committee members and staffs. Following agendas were Peaching God’s Sermon, titled “God’s Good Work” by Pastor Wara Meechuthon, Muang Thai Church, and Prayer for Blessings by Mrs. Wannee Phloyphisut, Religion Chairwoman. 11

Dr. Surakarn Tangsirisatein, Vice President of Youth for Christ Thailand (YFC Thailand), shared God’s Verses. HRH Princess Soamsawali was greeted by Mrs. Usana Sukhonthsub, President of YWCA of Bangkok and Chief Organizer, together with Mrs. Gracita Tolentino, spouse of the Ambassador of Switzerland and Committee Chairperson, and representatives of Central World. On this occasion, HRH Princess Soamsawali visited the booths and purchased those international products. All the proceeds from the bazaar will fund projects and community service activities, as well as other charity events to support children and underprivileged ones. พันธกิจจัดหาทุน Fundraising Ministry ระดมทุนผ่านการจัดงานการกุศล เพ่ือน�ำเงนิ รายได้ไปชว่ ยเหลือผู้ยากไรแ้ ละผูด้ อ้ ยโอกาส ตลอดจนสนบั สนนุ การด�ำเนนิ งานของ องค์กรการกุศลอ่นื ๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพ่ือสง่ เสรมิ คุณภาพชีวิต การศึกษา อาชพี และสถานะของชมุ ชนทอ้ งถ่นิ ผูย้ ากไร้ ผู้ดอ้ ยโอกาส โดยเฉพาะเดก็ และสตรี รวมทั้งใหก้ ารชว่ ยเหลือผูป้ ระสบภยั พิบัติ Raises funds to help the poor and underprivileged and supports other charity organizations with the aim of improving the quality of life, and educational and occupational status of the local community, the poor and underprivileged, especially children and women, as well as the victims of natural disasters. 15

The projects were Hearing Rehabilitation & Ear Surgery, Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery, Mobile Dental Care for the Disabled and Eye Clinic & Surgery. Lt. Gen. YWCA of Bangkok had donated funds to this project. During the visit, YWCA of Bangkok donated essential supplies to the disabled. The team were greeted and welcomed by Lt. Gen. On 7th August 2018, Mrs. Usana Sukhonthsub, President of YWCA of Bangkok, Mrs. Chungwha Oh, spouse of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea and the bazaar committee, together with Board of Directors, Fundraising Advisors, and General Secretary offered 200 eye glasses to the senior citizens and the persons with eyesight problem at Suksawat 42 Community, Rat Burana District, Bangkok. ค่ายเดก็ ดอ้ ยโอกาส 16-18 ตุลาคม 2561 สมาคมฯ จัดค่าย “เยาวชนเพ่ือเด็กดอ้ ย โอกาส” น�ำนักเรยี นและครูจากโรงเรียนพวงทองอุปถมั ภ์ จ.อ่างทอง จ�ำนวน 50 คน ศึกษาเรียนรู้เชิงนิเวศ ด้านการฟ้ นื ฟู และอนุรักษ์ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และส่ิงแวดล้อม การใช้พลังงานทดแทน ปลูก ตน้ ไม้ ปลอ่ ยปูทะเล ปลอ่ ยปลาคนื สู่ทะเล และปลกู ป่าชายเลน Organizing a Camp for Underprivileged Children On 16th - 18th October 2018, YWCA of Bangkok organized the “Youth Camp for the Underprivileged Children.” In this camp, 50 students and teachers from Poungthong School, Angthong learned about ecosystem, environmental conservation and restoration, and alternative energy sources. They also planted trees and release sea creatures back to the sea to save the mangrove. 22

รายงานประจ�ำปี 2561 สมาคม ไว ดบั ยู ซี เอ กรงุ เทพฯ พันธกิจสังคมสงเคราะห์ Social Welfare Ministry ให้ทุนการศึกษาเด็กนักเรียนท่ียากจนในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ผ่านการเชิญชวนผู้บริจาคให้เป็นพ่อแม่อุปถัมภ์และ มอบทุนการศึกษาอย่างต่อเน่ือง เย่ียมเยียนและช่วยเหลือครอบครัวของนักเรียนภายใต้ความอุปถัมภ์ท่ียากล�ำบาก โดยประสานความร่วม มือกบั โรงเรียน Provides scholarships for underprivileged students in Bangkok and the Metropolitan Region through encouraging donors to be foster parents who grant scholarships to their foster children on an on-going basis. In 2018, there were 119 foster parents and 555 scholarships. Of the 555 scholarships, 386 were offered for students in primary school level, 135 in high school level, and 34 in vocational and higher education. Mrs. Usana Sukhonthsub, President of YWCA of Bangkok, welcomed audience and led the prayer. The audience enjoyed two performances by students from Prathomnonsee School, and Watdokmai School. Mr. Wittaya Wuttikraikrieng, Pastor of Sathorn Church, share God’s verses. Then, spouses of the Ambassador from various countries, Board of Directors, Advisors to the Board of Directors, together with honored guests presented scholarships to students. 24

Help Me Peed On 14th September 2018, YWCA of Bangkok and Help Me Peed Team documented a life of two students in “Foster Child Care” Project who live with their grandmother under poverty and poor conditions. The activities include language classes, craft and cooking classes, and group works, etc. The camp is held four times a year in March – May, and October. In 2018, 194 students joined the camp. 30

There were 638 students from 9 schools participated in the project. The first event was held on 23rd-25th July 2018 for Grade 4–Grade 9 students in schools that participated in “Foster Child Care” Project in Chonburi: Kochanpittayakarn School, Khokprasilaram School, Wat-khokphlo Schooll, Watnongprue School, Wat Songtham School. The second event was held on 5th-6th September 2018 for Grade 4 – Grade 9 students in schools that participated in “Foster Child Care” Project in Bangkok: Watsai School, Wat Chan Nok School, Watdokmai School, Wat Pariwas School. 31

With a well-designed package and promotion and the avail- ability of breakfast, lunch, and breaks, we have a number of repeating customers including Amway distributors, Creation Church, the Maitrichit Chinese Baptist Church, Lighthouse Church, Sueb Sampantawong Church, Sueb Sampantawong Women Association, Christian Conference of Asia, SECOM Total Security Service Provide Co., Ltd., etc. In 2018, there are 1,000 seminar attendees. YWCA of Bangkok also has office spaces and plaza. Twenty two units are fully occupied and divided into 3 zones: 1st floor zone are restaurants, drugstore, bakery shop, coffee shop, hair salon, minimarts, travel agency and bubble tea shop, 9th floor zone are Bangkok Insurance’s Subsidiaries, Slovakian Embassy, Thai Language School, Wishing Well Foundation and Music Instrument store, 12th floor zone are badminton court and German translation center. 34

Semester 1 started on 14th May 2018 in Academic Year 2018. There were 34 students: 9 are in kindergarten and 25 in Grade 1 – 3. YWCA of Bangkok Preschool offers classes that apply the Montessori Method of Education. Semester 2 started on 29th October 2018 in Academic Year 2018. There were 33 students: 11 are in kindergarten and 22 in Grade 1 – 3. On 28th February 2018, Mrs. Niphawan Augunsri, Education Chairwoman, presented graduation certificates to 6 YWCA nursery students. YWCA of Bangkok organized 4 School Holiday Camps in March – April 2018. There were 144 participants joined the camp: 5th-23rd March 2018- 42 participants 26th March – 5th April 2018- 41 participants 18th-27th April 2018- 35 participants 7th-11th May 2018- 26 participants YWCA of Bangkok organized a Day Camp on 1st-19th October 2018. Pracha Silsrikul. The concert was held at Thai Cultural Center. ช้ันเรียนโยคะ สมาคมฯ เปดิ สอนโยคะตามมาตรฐาน Yoga Alliance (RYS) ให้กับสมาชกิ และบุคคลทัว่ ไป ใหม้ สี ขุ ภาพดมี าจากภายใน สอนโดย ดร.พัชรา วรศะรนิ เปิดสอน ตง้ั แต่เดอื นมีนาคม-ธันวาคม 2561 รวม 10 คอร์ส จำ� นวน 83 คน ทุกวันองั คาร และพฤหัสบดี เวลา 17.30 - 18.30 น. ณ ชัน้ 5 สมาคม YWCA กรงุ เทพฯ Yoga Class YWCA of Bangkok offers Yoga classes by a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher (RYS) to YWCA of Bangkok’s members and public. The classes were taught by Dr. Patchara Worasarin. The classes ran from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday in March - December 2018 at 5th Floor YWCA of Bangkok. There were 83 people registered in classes. 37

สมาคม ไว ดับยู ซี เอ กรงุ เทพฯ – ศูนยช์ ลบรุ ี YWCA of Bangkok - Chonburi Center โครงการพ่อ-แม่อุปถัมภ์ โครงการพ่อ–แมอ่ ปุ ถมั ภ์ มวี ตั ถปุ ระสงคเ์ พ่ือชว่ ยเหลอื เดก็ และเยาวชนทม่ี ี ฐานะยากจนใหม้ โี อกาสทางการศึกษาเทา่ เทยี มกบั เดก็ ทัว่ ไป ซงึ่ สมาคมฯจะดำ� เนนิ การหาผู้มีจิตเมตตาบริจาคเงินทุนการศึกษาต่อเน่ืองในระดับประถมศึกษา ทุน ละ 1,800 บาท/ปี และระดับมธั ยมศึกษา ทนุ ละ 2,800 บาท/ปี ปัจจุบนั มผี มู้ จี ติ เมตตาร่วมเป็นพ่อ–แมอ่ ุปถมั ภ์ จำ� นวน 41 ราย ปี 2561 โครงการพ่อ–แม่อุปถัมภ์ ได้มอบทุนการศึกษาให้แก่นักเรียน ในระดบั ช้นั ประถมศึกษาและมธั ยมศึกษาทง้ั หมดจ�ำนวน 169 ทนุ แบ่งเป็นระดบั ประถมศึกษาจ�ำนวน 138 ทุน และระดับมธั ยมศึกษา จำ� นวน 31 ทุน มาจาก โรงเรยี นในเขตจังหวดั ชลบุรี จ�ำนวน 36 โรงเรียน Foster Parents Program YWCA of Bangkok Chonburi Center organized “Foster Parents Program” for educational purpose for underprivileged children. The supporters provide funds of 1,800 baht annually each for a child in primary level, and 2,800 baht for secondary level. Currently the program has 41 supporters. In 2018, “Foster Parents Program” provided 169 scholarships to students: 138 in primary level and 31 in secondary level. There were 350 students joined the party. สังคมสงเคราะห์ มอบเงินชว่ ยเหลอื เดอื นละ 500 บาท/คน เดก็ ดาวนซ์ นิ โดรม และ เด็กออทสิ ติก ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษเขตการศึกษา 12 บ้านบึง และสาขาบอ่ ทอง เพ่ือเข้ารบั การรกั ษา บำ� บดั ฟ้ นื ฟู และกระต้นุ พัฒนาการ ใหส้ ามารถชว่ ยเหลอื ตวั เองได้ จ�ำนวน 10 คน รวม 60,000 บาทต่อเน่อื งกนั เป็นปีท่ี 5 YWCA of Bangkok Chonburi Center donated monthly allowance of 500 baht per person to children with Down syndrome and autism at Regional Special Education Center 12 Ban Bueng and Bo Thong branch in order to support their treatment and help them develop necessary skills. There are 10 persons participated in this program with the total of 60,000 baht annually. The funds continue for 5 years. มอบเงนิ และสง่ิ ของชว่ ยเหลอื ด.ญ.บษุ กร สาระกลู อายุ 12 ปี ซง่ึ ไดร้ บั การผ่าตัด สมอง และตาบอดถาวร อีกทั้งมีอาการกล้ามเน้ืออ่อนแรง ไม่สามารถช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้ เน่อื งจากประสบอบุ ตั เิ หตพุ ร้อมมารดา เม่ือปี 2558 ต่อเน่อื งเป็นปที ่ี 2 YWCA of Bangkok Chonburi Center donated funds and gave gifts to Ms. Bussakorn Sarakool, a 12-year-old girl who received neuron surgery and has permanent blindness from an accident with her mother in 2015. 40

All proceeds will fund YWCA of Bangkok Pattaya Center’s projects.
