Plated Dinner Benefits of plated dinners: Guests will choose their entree on their RSVP Card. This ensures that any dietary restrictions are addressed, and the dinner service is seamless and smooth! Plated meals are offered at venues that can accommodate a more involved kitchen set up. Please ask us if your venue is ideal for a plated meal. Plated presentation gives your guests a feeling of elegance. If a formal event is your vision, plated service might be a great fit! Table center pieces and decor can be elaborate as you like. A plated meal doesn’t require as much space on the table, so let your floral design go over the top! All menus can be customized to your taste and preferences and include multiple courses that will not only please your palate but those of your guests as well. Knowledgeable, on-site serving staff will be on hand, and we can arrange wine pairings upon request.

Stations Interactive Chef Stations can be the heart of the party! Chef Stations are also a great way to add interest to any formal function. Or put a few together along with some dessert and hors d’oeuvres to create a unique wedding or corporate function. Mix, mingle, eat and dance; the party never stops! A flexible timeline allows the food stations to stay open longer than a typical dinner service. You do not need a seat for every guest. We encourage a mix of dining tables, cocktail tables and lounge seating. We recommend 3 to 5 sweet & savory stations spread throughout the event space This encourages the guests to move around, try different foods and reduces time waiting in line.

We can provide a mobile catering bar for your event and customize per your requests. Bar service must be provided by Urban Prairie Cuisine when hired for catering in the event there is a need for said service.
