The Mill Valley School District believes in educating the whole child through academics, social-emotional development,physical education, and the arts. To achieve this balance, we rely ona high-quality teaching staff, widespread community support, parentengagement at each school, and an exceptional arts education madepossible by Kiddo!.Each year, Kiddo! provides the funding for art, music, drama, dance,and poetry. In the classroom, Kiddo!-funded aides help keep classsize ratios as low as possible to support differentiated learning,while Kiddo!’s teacher grants and professional developmentfunding help teachers make the most of their instruction time.Kiddo! also responds to critical needs brought about by changingCalifornia public education standards.
