Teammate Assistance Program (Trailborn)

PEMROPGLROYAEME ASSISTANCE All regular full-time teammates and their family members have access to an EmployeeAssistance Program (EAP). Trailborn pays for the program through ComPsych so that it can be available to me at no cost. The EAP offers confidential support and resources that can assist me to overcome challenges that may arise in my life. The EAP can help with finding child-care or senior care providers, as well as providing counseling for drug and alcohol problems, stress- related problems, legal problems, or any other problems that might affect my well-being or that of my family.
