Trailborn reserves the right to open and inspect lockers, including any contents, effects, or articles inside. Such an inspection can occur at any time, with or without advance notice or consent. An inspection may be conducted before, during, or after working hours by any supervisor, manager or Security personnel designated by the property/location. • Likewise, vehicles, packages, purses, briefcases, lunch boxes and other possessions brought onto Trailborn’s property may be subject to search at any time, at Trailborn’s discretion and consistent with applicable Lockers, Personal Property & Privacy Expectations 1

Trailborn does not assume any responsibility or liability for the theft of or damage to personal property placed or left in a locker, or otherwise brought onto Trailborn’s property, including vehicles parked in the parking lot.
