SPEOCLUICRYITY The safety of Trailborn’s guests and teammates is of paramount importance. I must follow these guidelines at all times: • I should be aware of persons loitering for no apparent reason in parking areas, walkways, entrances and exits, and service areas. I should report any suspicious persons or activities to management or security. • I should secure my desk, office, or other workspace at the end of the day. When called away from my work area for an extended length of time during the workday, I should not leave valuable and/or personal articles in or around my workplace that may be accessible. • I should not leave notes listing passwords or passcodes in any location that could be seen by a casual observer. If possible, I should avoid using such notes entirely, or keep such information in code. • If I am issued keys to an office or workspace, I am responsible for their safekeeping.
