EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT I hereby acknowledge that I have received the Trailborn Employee Handbook and the state-specific addendum applicable to my work location. I understand and agree that the Handbook and the addendum are resources for me to learn and to understand all of Trailborn’s policies, and to ask questions regarding any policy I do not understand. It is therefore my responsibility to read this Handbook and addendum, and the policies contained in them. I understand that the Handbook, addendum, and all other written and oral materials provid-ed to me by Trailborn are intended for informational purposes only. Neither the Handbook and ad-dendum, nor Trailborn’s operational practices, nor its communications to me and my teammates create an employment contract or term. I understand that the policies and benefits, both in the hand-book and those communicated to me in any other fashion, are subject to interpretation, review, re-moval, and change by Trailborn at any time. I understand that no representative of Trailborn has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment, either express or implied, for any specified period of time or to assure any other personnel action or to assure any benefits or terms or conditions of employment, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, other than the Chief Executive Officer.
