CJOLABSSIFICATIONS Full-Time Teammates are those teammates normally scheduled to work, and who normally do work, 30 or more hours per week. Following the completion of the Probationary/Introductory Period, full-time teammates are generally eligible for the employee benefits described in this Handbook in addition to those benefits required by law. Part-Time Teammates are those teammates who are scheduled to work, and who do work, fewer than 30 hours per week. Part-time teammates may be assigned a work schedule in advance or may work on an “as needed” basis. Part-time teammates are not eligible for the employee benefits described in this Handbook, except as required by law. Seasonal Teammates are those who have accepted 1 employment for a defined “season.” A “season” shall have a defined starting date and ending date and may not be longer than six (6) months in duration. Seasonal teammates are not eligible for the employee benefits described in this Handbook, except as required by law. Job Classification

2 Job Classifications On-Call Teammates are teammates who are hired for the purpose of providing interim relief on short notice in the event of an unexpected absence by another teammate or due to other short-term needs. On-call teammates are not eligible for the employee benefits described in this Handbook, except as required by law.
