PORVEEMRTIUIMMEP/AY There will be times when I may be required to work overtime so that Trailborn can provide the best service for its guests. If I am classified as exempt from overtime, I am not eligible to receive premium compensation for any extra hours worked to fulfill my assigned duties. If I am non-exempt, my manager must approve all overtime beforehand. Working overtime hours without proper authorization will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. If I am non-exempt, I will receive premium pay for working overtime in accordance with all applicable overtime laws and rules, but normally, each overtime hour is paid at 1.5 times my regular hourly rate. All overtime must be recorded. If I work in any given week for more than one department, all of my working time will be used to determine whether I have worked overtime and if so, how much premium pay I have earned. 2 Overtime/Premium Pay Compensated holidays, paid time off, and other leaves do not count as hours worked for purposes of overtime. Any overtime, paid time off, commissions, or other compensation that was not paid for a current period due to incorrect timesheets and/or improper submissions will be treated as adjustments on my next paycheck.
