Bereavement Leave

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE Once I have worked at Darkhorse Tech for at least six months, I am entitled to up to three days’ paid leave in the event of a death in my immediate family. The paid leave will be subject to approval by my immediate supervisor. If I need additional unpaid time, the Company will make every effort to accommodate me subject to existing business needs. For purposes of this policy, immediate family means: a spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, or child. This paid leave is available only in the event of a qualifying bereavement and does not carry over from year to year.
