PAID HOLIDAYS Eligible team members will receive time off with pay on each of the following Company-celebrated holidays: New Year’s Day The 1st day of Memorial Day January The last Monday of May Independence Day July 4th Labor Day The 1st Monday in September Thanksgiving Day The 4th Thursday of November Black Friday The Friday following Thanksgiv- ing Day Christmas Eve December 24th Christmas Day December 25th I understand that I will not be expected to work during these holidays unless there is a customer or internal emergency requiring my attention. In cases of emergency, Salaried Team Members will receive a bonus for working during holidays in the amount of their calculated hourly rate times one half. The calculated hourly rate for a salaried team member is defined as the team member’s annual salary divided by two thousand. In cases of emergency, Hourly Team Members will be paid at their normal hourly rate times one and one half. 1 | PAID HOLIDAYS
