CEXOTMEMRUNNAILCATIONS & THE MEDIA Occasionally, I may be contacted by people outside Trailborn requesting information about matters relating to the property, including information regarding current or former teammates or guests, Trailborn’s projects, or other workplace issues. To avoid providing inaccurate or incomplete information to outsiders, I should, if contacted by any outside source for this purpose, immediately contact the appropriate person as follows: If I am contacted by a representative from any media organization (e.g., television, radio, or newspaper reporters), I should immediately refer the media representative to the Corporate Marketing department. I may not communicate with media agents on behalf of Trailborn without prior authorization from the Corporate Marketing department. If I am contacted by an outside attorney or investigator 1 regarding Trailborn’s business, including information External Communications & the Media

The individual’s name and telephone number should then be provided to the Department of People & Culture.
