We are excited to introduce Thrive in 63 by Transformation™, a program designed torestore health from the inside out. This program was first introduced at the 7 Signs ofa Sound Gut seminar in 2014. It was at this seminar where practitioners just like youTHE 7 SIGNS OF A SOUND GUTlearned about gut dysfunction and what it takes to restore gut health in just 63 days. This program is the result of our “leaky gut” study completed in Septembe7Srig2n0sS1e4m.iTnahr.icsomevidence-based clinical review showed that if you give your patients specific guidelineson what to eat and support those dietary modifications with a simple and effectiveenzyme protocol, you will not only eliminate many of their symptoms but also beginhealing the root of their illness, their Gut, all in as little as 2 months. This is your reference guide that supports the Patient Workbook. Both have beencreated as a resource for you and your staff so you can more effectively and efficientlycommunicate the program to your patients. The following guide is designed to provideyou and your staff with the step-by-step process including the scripts and forms neededto take your patients through their own Thrive in 63 program. 3

Consultation / Initial Appointment (approx. 1 hour)In the first appointment, review the Comprehensive Assessment Questionnaire andhighlight top areas of concern. Explain the Ripple Effect illustration, educating them onhow their areas of concern can be traced back to the digestive system and their diet.Transformation’s patient education handout and video are available. • The Ripple Effect. This is an explanation of what is taking place with their health illustrating “all disease begins in the gut” (Hippocrates). You may use the script below or tailor the education to fit your style of practice. Script – “This diagram I call the ripple effect is an easy way to see how the food you eat and the way your body handles it is affecting your health. When you eat, the foods should be digested into nutrients, and those nutrients are delivered to every cell of your body. You have anywhere from 50-100 trillion cells and every one of them needs nutrients and oxygen to survive and perform their function. So you can see if you are not eating nutritious foods and/or you are not digesting them, your body and health will suffer. Now, what does that look like when you are eating ‘not-so-healthy foods’ and not breaking them down? You are now supplying the cells with toxins and chemicals that damage the cell, interfere with the cell function, and eventually destroy the cell. When enough cells are affected and there is not enough nutrition to repair the cells, inflammation takes place. Inflammation is your immune system responding to the presence of something foreign or unfamiliar in the body. The inflammation is your immune system protecting you and trying to remove the unhealthy cells. When the inflammation continues with no relief, those effected cells, tissues, and organs are now ‘diseased.’ The beauty of the human body, and the good news, is you can easily turn this ripple effect into a positive process. Deliver the nutrients, clear the toxicity, and heal the body. Do you see how this applies to your health? Which of your systems are affected now?” 8

21-Day Meal Plan, Daily Menus, Recipes, and Shopping ListReview the patient booklet providing a 21-day meal plan, daily menus, recipes, andshopping list. It is Paleo-style in that it removes flours, grains, legumes, and dairy. Foodsallowed are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, healthy oils, and animal proteins. This is nota calorie-restricted diet. The patient may eat as much of the allowed foods as desired. However, we encourage planning for meals, mindful eating, and an awareness of satietycues. They may follow the meal plan exactly or may choose to create their own menusfrom the recipes provided or from similar recipes and foods. What if your patients cannot or will not cook? We realize planning and preparing yourown meals can be overwhelming for the patient who has never cooked before. It isimportant to remind them of their “commitment” to the program and their health. You can show them that many of the meals and recipes are very simple and easy tofollow. We encourage them to try their hand at cooking, as this is a big part of takingresponsibility for their choices and improving their health. There are healthy alternatives for those times when eating out is the only option.Look for restaurants in your area that promote the use of organic, locally grown, andwhole food menu items. Whole Foods Markets is an example of a grocery chain thatprovides healthy buffet items. Many cities now have chef services where a chef willprepare food for you in your kitchen or deliver it. Also, once you and your patientsbecome familiar with the menus, you will see many of the selections will be availableat many restaurants. For example, Garden Salad with Grilled Chicken, Salmon withGrilled Vegetables, or Bun-less Burgers are menu items readily available in virtually anyrestaurant. A Program Designed To Promote Health From The Inside Out* INITIAL ENZYME PROTOCOL The supplementation protocol used in Transformation’s 2014 clinical study The Effects of Nutrition and Enzyme Therapy on Gastrointestinal DysfunctionGastrointestinal Dysfunction (aka Leaky Gut Syndrome) is an extremely common problem, but one that is poorly recognized and is rarely tested for. Leaky Gut Syndrome (LGS)occurs when the permeability of the gut wall is compromised and large spaces developbetween the cells of the gut wall, allowing bacteria, toxins, and food particles to enterthe blood stream. This initiates an immune response to the pathogens as well as foodproteins and leads to a chronic overstimulation of the inflammatory processes. The signsand symptoms of leaky gut are not unique, thus any signs and symptoms that look like acompromised immune system or an autoimmune disorder may be associated with a leakygut. The benefit of digestive enzymes in the case of LGS is multifold. The following enzymeprotocol is designed to gently introduce enzymes and probiotics into a dysfunctional gut. 9 3 DigestZyme and 1 PureZyme at beginning of every meal or snack • DigestZyme is a gentle yet comprehensive enzyme blend containing carbohydrases, protease, lipase, and L. acidophilus / B. longum* • PureZyme is a protease formula that targets protein digestion when taken with meals* 9 3 GastroZyme after every meal • GastroZyme is an herbal formula with marshmallow root, papaya, prickly ash, and gota kola plus enzymes, all to heal and repair the mucosa lining* 9 3 PureZyme and 3 Plantadophilus at bedtime • PureZyme additional protease taken at bedtime or away from meals supports healthy circulation, immunity/inflammation, and detoxification* • Plantadophilus is a single strain probiotic L. plantarum totaling 2 billion cfu per capsule to begin repopulating healthy gut flora* *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Week 3 / Day 21 IN-OFFICE CONSULT. Review journal, menu, and protocol. Assesscompliance and highlight improvements (ask for referrals). If you currently conductother forms of assessment based on your modality those may be done now to monitorprogress. Example: height, weight, blood pressure, body composition, biofeedback, etc.If patient is doing well, they can advance to the secondary protocol. They can completetheir current supply and begin the following protocol to be continued through theduration of the program. 20

A Program Designed To Promote Health From The Inside Out* SECONDARY ENZYME PROTOCOL The supplementation protocol used in Transformation’s 2014 clinical study The Effects of Nutrition and Enzyme Therapy on Gastrointestinal DysfunctionGastrointestinal Dysfunction (aka Leaky Gut Syndrome) is an extremely common problem, but one that is poorly recognized and is rarely tested for. The signsand symptoms of leaky gut are not unique, thus any signs and symptoms that look likea compromised immune system or an autoimmune disorder may be associated with aleaky gut. The benefit of digestive enzymes in the case of LGS is multifold. This secondaryprotocol is designed for those ready to progress beyond the gentle formulas and canbe continued through the duration of the program. 9 1 TPP Digest and 1 TPP Protease at beginning of every meal or snack • TPP Digest is a comprehensive enzyme blend high in lipase, protease, and carbohydrases to ensure complete digestion of all foods* • TPP Protease is a blend of acid / alkaline / neutral proteases and peptidases when taken with meals targets complete protein digestion* 9 1 TPP Gastro after every meal • TPP Gastro is a comprehensive herbal and enzyme formula designed to support digestion and reduce digestive discomfort* 9 2 TPP Protease and 1 TPP Probiotic 42.5 at bedtime • TPP Protease taken at bedtime or away from meals supports healthy circulation, immunity/inflammation, and detoxification* • TPP Probiotic 42.5 has 10 strains of probiotics totaling 42.5 billion cfu to support repopulation of a healthy microbiome* *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
