Clinically Proven Transformation™ enzyme formulas were first used by Dr. Fuller with her patients in her own clinic. As Transformation™ grew, we continued to utilize our products in the Transformation Enzyme Therapy Center with extraordinary results. We have also worked closely with hundreds of clinicians over the years to ensure our products are bringing results. Quality Matters Transformation™ products have always been of the highest quality because we believe quality matters. All Transformation™ enzymes are fungal and plant-based. Fungal and plant sources are preferred as they are functional throughout the GI tract, do not require an enteric coating, and are vegetarian. All of our products are manufactured according to cGMP standards. Additionally, we refuse to use fillers, binders, or questionable processing aides. That means our formulas give you everything you need, and nothing that you don’t. Supporting Your Practice We understand that as a practitioner your #1 goal is to help people. But as business leaders, we also understand how important it is to stand out from the crowd. Supporting your patients’ health with enzyme formulas from Transformation™ offers a unique benefit that will complement all of your other services perfectly. Real People, Every Time We believe so strongly in our products that we can sometimes forget to highlight one of the greatest things about Transformation™ — our people. You will never hear us talk about the “TEC Staff” because we are much more than employees. We’re family, and we treat our customers like family too. At Transformation™, we know how valuable you are as a person and practitioner. That’s why we promise quality service from quality people, every time.

Suzanne Espinoza (Owner) I am a graduate of California State University-Chico and have been with Transformation since 1996, beginning as a clinical nutritionist. With my executive leadership skills from the fitness industry, and now as President and CEO, I am responsible for business development and sales management including strategic planning, marketing strategy, team building, entrepreneurship, and coaching. I was chosen 2010/2011 Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women, Presidential Who’s Who 2011, and National Register’s Who’s Who 2012. I am on the Board of Directors for the WestChase Chamber of Commerce and have been a sponsor of Women Driving Business and various youth charitable events. In November 2018, I was selected for a board position for Merimnao, a Christ-based recovery ministry that services the Katy/West Houston area and offers free support groups for the brokenhearted. I also volunteer with my church as the facilitator for our grief group, new member luncheons, Sunday School, and outreach projects, and I support Compassion International and Faithwalking US.

Amy Rawls, MS, RD, LD I believe you can achieve optimal health regardless of the presence or absence of disease. As the Clinical Manager of Transformation Enzyme Corporation and a practitioner who has been seeing patients for over 10 years, I strive to communicate the core elements needed to obtain and maintain optimal health. I do my best to teach people that nutrition is always step one, and the food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. I have been with Transformation™ for 2 ½ years, but have worked with them for almost 4. I discovered Transformation™ while trying to fix my own gut issues. I was so amazed with the transformation I experienced in just 3 days that I became a customer for life and soon began recommending them to all my clients in my functional nutrition practice. I loved Transformation™ so much that I decided to take a huge leap of faith and change my career, relocating my family to Houston, Texas. Away from my home where I was born and raised. Away from all of my friends and family. My husband Jesse and I have been together for 17 years, married for the last 2 years. We were high school sweethearts and wanted to hold off on marriage until we were both mature enough to handle the responsibility that title entails. We recently had our first child, Hayes Cotton Rawls, on February 21, 2018, and he will be turning 1 year very soon. He is the light of our life and we don’t know what we ever did without him. We also have 2 dogs – a beagle who is very overweight named Puppy and a stray we adopted named Barry who turned out to be the most loyal dog we’ve ever owned. We both enjoy breweries, exercising (me more than Jesse), cooking together, fishing, and listening to live music whenever we can. My husband plays various instruments and is a fabulous singer, so Hayes and I enjoy private concerts from him on the regular. I love what I do and have known I wanted to be an RD or do something in nutrition since I was 13 years old. I can legitimately say that I had a dream and I achevied it.

Monica Diemert I have been with Transformation for 3 years as a New Business Sales Executive and currently I am responsible for new business development for our International, Corporate, and Domestic Private Label divisions, as well as growing our existing business in these markets. I love working with health care practitioners from all modalities around the world, learning more about their practices and business models in order to develop long term strategic partnerships as we work together to transform lives. Family is very important to me, and being from a large family of 11 children—3rd oldest and 1st daughter—I learned early on about sharing, compromise, and helping others. I love bringing family together and really enjoy cooking and baking healthy meals for them and celebrating life. Transformation has helped me get my life on a path to better nutritional health and wellness, and I am blessed to share this with my family. I am very dedicated to my work, but when I am not working, I love to entertain family and friends. I love home interior design, gardening, holiday decorating, champagne, traveling (especially trips to the beach, I love the Gulf), spectator sports (Go Texans and Roll Tide), the symphony, and ballet. One of my recent fun family activities is serving on the Board of Directors of our family Mardi Gras society, Order of Many Faces (OOMF), a diverse society that my sister founded 4 years ago to honor the memory of our great grandfather, Louis Diemert, who was Mobile’s Mardi Gras Man of Many Faces.

Tiana Jackson I am a Practitioner Advocate and an Enzyme Therapy Expert. I partner with health care providers to guide their patients and clients to profound wellbeing through root cause resolution. Together, we achieve this by simplifying and amplifying protocols with enzyme therapy. My goal is to help transform one million lives by empowering the amazing practitioners who choose to partner with me. I am also a Mom to two wonderful, crazy toddlers and a wife to the most amazing and supportive husband. I was born and raised in Texas, but Colorado has my heart. When I am not working, I love to cook, read, go on hikes, explore new places, cuddle puppies, and have dance parties with my kids. Transformation™ has changed my life, and my commitment to my clients, to Transformation™, and to our products is personal. Not only is this my dream job, but this company has directly impacted the health of my entire family for the better. From helping my son’s candida issues to my Dad’s diabetes issues to my own hormonal issues, I know firsthand the impact that Transformation’s products has on someone’s health. I am beyond blessed to work somewhere that encompasses my passion for people and for transforming the way that we approach health care.

Danyelle Ta I am a Practice Advisor here at Transformation™ Enzymes. It is my goal to support you in any and all ways possible to ensure that your practice thrives and your patients are getting better! I was raised in California before moving to Louisiana, where I attended Louisiana State University-Monroe and earned a Bachelors of Science degree. I come from a family of physicians who are truly dedicated to helping others and found it my mission to continue their legacy. My journey has led me to Transformation™ Enzymes. I feel fortunate to work for a wonderful company where I can employ my passion for science and nutrition by sharing information and changing lives by educating others. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, traveling the world, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog Daisy. I want to be the person you look to for the latest information and educational resources. I look forward to learning more about you, supporting your goals, and working together to transform more lives!

Tambi Howard My name is Tambi and I strive to be a positive influence to anyone I come in contact with. I find true joy in watching others become healthier and reach their goals. As a former paramedic, I believe I was born to help others and feel my career at Transformation is allowing me to do just that. I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of nutrition and exercise. My favorite ways to exercise are cycling and Crossfit (yeah, a lot of people think I’m crazy too). I have a huge love for my family, friends, and pets. Art is another passion of mine, photography being the top of the list. Antique shopping, cooking, going to farmers markets and spending time on my scooter are just a few of the other things that make me smile. I especially love collecting antique cameras, clocks, and photos. Doing amateur standup comedy is a longtime bucket list item for me as I LOVE to see people smiling and laughing. I never meet a stranger . . . well, except when it is unsafe to talk to strangers. ;)

Shannon Smith My name is Shannon. I grew up in St. Louis and moved to Houston in March 2012 for a previous employer. I enjoy the diversity and lack of snow and ice here. I’m very close with my immediate family and friends, so I do get homesick every once and while. But I know I am exactly where I need to be. My purpose in life is to be naturally supernatural. This statement is not mine to take credit for. I learned it from The Vineyard Church some years ago (Naturally Supernatural by Gary Best). In a nutshell, naturally is not showmanlike or aggressive. But supernatural is unexplainably over the top. I live this by praying on the spot for people, strangers included. I ask God what is he up to right now and how I can participate in it. Sometimes it’s a big job, sometimes it’s a small job. Other times it’s none of my business and I need to let Him handle it. Heath and I got married March 24, 2018. We dated for all of 5 months… when you know, you know. I’m now a very blessed wife with an awesome stepson, Garrett. We got to honeymoon in Italy. It was a breathtaking experience. I highly recommend everything over there. The food was delicious, and the wine was better than anything made here, including California’s. The architecture and history is almost overwhelming. Put it on your bucket list. Why am I at Transformation™? One family friend led to another friend who led to another… who led to Transformation.™ I was following them for a few years by listening to Dr. Bastidas and Lisa’s webinars. I kept an eye and ear out for when TEC was hiring. Finally the opportunity presented itself and here I am. I respect everything we stand for: Integrity, Passion, Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Well-being, and Harmony. This company and my co-workers match my purpose in life and what I want to spend my time doing (while I earn money) and that is helping people help themselves through nutrition, enzymes, and balanced living.

Renee Thompson Hello! I am the Relationship Manager here at Transformation. I am happy to be a part of such a dynamic company and get the privilege of building relationships with our Practitioners. Everyone wants to feel valued and appreciated and I get the opportunity to bring this to life! I am blessed to work remotely so I can be with my husband Brett to whom I’ve been happily married for 25 years. We have two beautiful grown daughters. We have all experienced an increase in our health and wellness while taking our enzymes. I have a passion for helping others feel loved and enjoy decorating, reading, learning, doing a variety of creative projects, and re-sale shopping. Transformation is the perfect name for this company. Truly transforming lives through beautifully formulated enzymes and the wonderful family here at the office that make it all possible.

Kiera Buckley I was born in the Chicago area, moved to Buffalo, then New York, then Cleveland, and from there to my final destination, Houston, Texas. I have lived here for 13 years, and in those years I have found a home in the people of my community. Finding home in people, rather than a place has been inevitable in my life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My parents and siblings live hundreds and thousands of miles away from me, but the love and bond I share with them knows no distance. I have found a home in Transformation and the people that make up this company. I am currently studying Supply Chain and Logistics at the University of Houston, and I have been given the opportunity to practice some of my developing knowledge within my position here. The supportive environment has been essential to my personal, spiritual, educational, and professional development. The foundation of this company is ideal for service, knowledge, and growth. I make an effort to apply Transformation’s points of culture in all areas of my life. One of Transformation’s key goals is to educate its employees and communities on all things health — however, the knowledge I’ve gained here exceeds far beyond just health. The change we are trying to make in the health care industry is truly inspiring, and I am so grateful to be a part of the effort. The Christian-based aspect of this company brought me closer to God, which has been a life-changing experience. His light is present inside me, because it is present inside so many people involved in this company. When I am not studying or working, I seek places outside amongst nature. Whether it’s walking in my neighborhood, hiking the trails, or simply sitting down with friends and enjoying a meal or drink on a nice patio, I will cherish these memories forever. Education, healing, innovation, and remarkable growth prevails at Transformation, and I am proud to be involved.

Sara Espinoza My name is Sara Espinoza, and if the last name sounds familiar, it’s probably because I have the honor of being the daughter of Transformation’s current President and CEO. While I technically have only been with the company since 2015, I tend to say I grew up here. I have very fond memories of sneaking into Dr. M’s office to watch Cinderella on his VHS player, napping in whoever’s office I was playing in last and crashed, or raiding the supply closet for markers and paper to color. While I may not watch Cinderella in the office anymore, I do still take frequent trips to the supply closet in search of markers to sketch out everything from our company t-shirts to our event displays. I am Transformation’s event coordinator and assistant to the marketing director. I have always had a passion for pulling things together. Sometimes I have the honor of doing all the behind the scene work for a speaker to share their wisdom, other times it’s as simple as putting together gift bags, but my absolute favorite is listening to my team, hearing what they need, and then creating a piece that fits those needs. When I’m not at the office you can find me in the great outdoors. Everything from spending time at a patio bar with friends, taking my dog Tess to the park, or hitting the trails. I have found that I feel closest to God when I’m admiring the world He created. I believe I am meant to be on Transformation’s team. We are constantly striving to better the world around us. Watching my mother’s journey with Transformation has been one of the most inspiring, challenging, and encouraging experiences of my life. I feel as though I’ve just started my professional adventure, but with the role model I’ve had, the future looks extremely bright.

Michael Dummer I am the Director of Finance and Operations here at Transformation Enzymes. I have had an eclectic background that has led me to Transformation. I have worked in Law Enforcement, construction, specialty chemical manufacturing, and oil and gas services. In my personal life I like to golf (but never have the time), read (mainly business books), and I am currently rebuilding my mother-in-law’s house as she was a victim of Hurricane Harvey. My wife and I have been married for 10 years and love to spend time together. When not rebuilding a house we enjoy the symphony, museums, or walks in nature. We each have a daughter—one is 21 and the other is 23, and both are at Texas Tech working on psychology degrees.

Steve Holcomb Hello, my name is Steve Holcomb, and I am lucky enough to be Dr. DicQie’s son. I have been blessed to work with my mother and at Transformation™ for about 28 years now. I mainly work with corporate, international, and private label accounts. Before Transformation™ I spent time laying carpet with my father in Colorado and New Mexico. I later joined the army and was stationed in Ft. Bragg, NC, where I served in the 82nd Airborne. Afterwards I moved to Arizona and worked at Magma Copper Mine for five years. At that time we were working 2,375 feet below the surface. The last two jobs were quite a surprise considering I grew up claustrophobic and afraid of heights! Soon I found myself living in Scottsdale with my mother and starting Transformation™ from our home. It has been exciting watching the company grow over the years and to see thousands of customers and clients come to love and believe in Transformation™ and our products. In my off time I enjoy riding motorcycles and boating. Love just being outdoors. I greatly appreciate coming to work each day to help spread the word of Digestive Enzymes and excited to meet and serve practitioners that want their patients to live full and healthy lives. I am truly blessed.

Carlos Rivera I was born in Cali, Colombia, and I’m the third oldest in a family of nine kids. I came to the US in 1976 and arrived in New York City, where I lived for 5 years. My son was born in New York in 1978. We moved to Houston in 1981 looking for hot weather and not snow. I’m an outdoor person and I like to spend my free time biking, running, and golfing. I love Houston because my son and his family (wife and three wonderful kids) live about 20 minutes away. I get to spend time with them and get to be part of their daily life. Very happy to see them as much as I do. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy going to work everyday. I’ve been working for Transformation for 15 years and I’ve learned to love this company for so many reasons. I get to meet amazing people and I’ve had the opportunity to learn about enzymes and how important they are to help people around the world experience good health. My daily work at Transformation is to help in the distribution of our products to our clients both nationally and internationally. I feel like this is a great position for me as it presents different challenges on a daily basis. Knowing that our clients are receiving our products in the fastest and most accurate manner is extremely important to me and everyone at Transformation. I’d like to thank all of our clients for your support and the belief in our products.

Nathan Satterlee I am a graphic designer and editor for Transformation. I graduated from the University of Houston and worked at Transformation’s Houston office for 5 years before moving to the Pacific Northwest, where I’ve continued to play a part by working remotely. I have the pleasure of helping bring TEC’s marketing and educational ideas to life through visuals and language. It didn’t start that way. I was just a spreadsheet tech before joining the TEC team, so I still love pulling numbers and generating data. But my family owned a retail supplement store, and I grew up appreciating natural health. My father attended a TEC seminar and recommended them to me and that was that. I was working downtown at the time so jumped at the chance to commute to the Westchase district for a smaller company where I could continue to learn and grow. I’m a “behind the scenes” guy, which means I don’t meet or consult directly with clients. But that works great for me because I get to focus on supporting our awesome and outgoing sales team while also assisting the hardworking operations staff. I love the freedom of our mutually beneficial relationship, and over the years that freedom has allowed me to become a geeky, nerdy, West Coast hipster type who enjoys nature, music, and the arts. I’m a true Neuro and an introvert, but I love Transformation’s outreaching mission, vision, and message. The hopefulness, optimism, and strong moral values of this company speak to my heart.

Core Operating Principles Honesty & Integrity pervades all we do – our product research and development, clinical practice, and business and interpersonal relationships. Learning & Innovation increase our contributions to health, wellness, and business, are key to our individual professional and personal development, and drive the growth of our company. Mutual Success is the underlying goal of all our relationships – with employees, health care practitioners, sales associates, venture partners, suppliers, and others involved in our business and community.
