Arrival Time You are encouraged to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the serenity of The Spa at our hotel. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time. Spa Treatments All treatments include the use of the Relaxation Areas and the wet facilities and are available to in-house guests of the Grand Millennium Al Wahda, Abu Dhabi. For outside guests, all treatments are available; however a minimum treatment booking time of one hour is required for access to the Relaxation Areas. Bookings must be secured with a credit card. Spa Day Pass If you wish to use the wet facilities without a spa reservation you will need to pay a day pass fee off 150 AED per person. Spa Protocol Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The Spa is a mobile phone and smoke free zone. The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. The minimum age requirement for access and treatments in The Spa is 16 years.ZAYNASPA • 12
