Fire Safe Australia & New Zealand Capability Statement About: Fire Safe Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd is a nationally operating fire and electrical contractor specialized in delivering Essential Services Maintenance packages to small & large property networks across Australia and New Zealand. Our client base spans industries such as small & large site retail, commercial, childcare & education, health & aged care, amusement & recreation facilities and government agencies. We are proud members of NECA, CM3, Gold members of FPAA and FPANZ, the peak industry bodies in the fire safety and electrical contracting industries in Australia and New Zealand Our Services: Fire Safe ANZ offers a range of services including: Fire Protection services – We offer fire protection services such as testing and installation of emergency and exit lighting and portable fire fighting equipment so we can supply you with a Certificate of Compliance or Annual Fire Safety Statement on completion. Emergency Evacuation Diagrams and Training – Our evacuation diagrams are compliant to AS3745 – Planning for Emergencies in Facilities. We also offer both accredited and basic fire extinguisher and warden training courses. Project Management – We can oversee a number of jobs from electrical installation upgrades, sprinkler and fire hydrant system overhauls through to supplying and fitting new fire detection and EWIS systems.

We provide an Essential Service Maintenance Package to over 700 of their sites throughout Australia and New Zealand. Super Amart: For over 40 years Super Amart have been providing customers with unbeatable prices on a huge range of furniture, bedding and outdoor products. Fire Safe ANZ provides an Essential Service Maintenance Package to their sites. Cardinia Council: The Shire of Cardinia is a local government area in Victoria, Australia, in the south-east of Melbourne between Western Port and the Yarra Ranges on the outskirts of Melbourne. Fire Safe ANZ have been providing their sites with Evacuation Diagrams.
