HELLO and WELCOME I'm Emma, I stumbled across newborn photography after studying photography at college. I have done extensive training in the safety and posing of newborns so you can be sure you're in safe hands when coming to me for your session. I have had over 4 years experience in the field with many many more to come. I want to work with you to produce the perfect images you can treasure forever. YOUR NEWBORN SESSION PREPARATION I cannot wait to meet you and your new arrival. Here is a summary of what to expect and how to prepare for your newborn session. First of all please have a look through my website images to see a little bit of what to expect. Please start to think about where you may want the images displayed in your home. This will help with colour choices & poses. Ideally, your new baby would be sleepy and settled throughout the whole session, to help with this please try and keep your baby awake as much as you can on the morning of your session and try and hold off a big morning feed until you arrive at the studio. Please dress them in something that is easily removed without fussing them too much. Make sure you bring plenty of milk if you are bottle feeding, they often feed a bit more during their session. Please bring any special items you would like included in any images. eg, teddies/blankets.

WHO CAN COME? My studio is quite small so please can only baby's parents come along to the session. Older siblings are welcome if they are to be included in images. Please let me know if they will be coming when booking in. Older siblings will either need to be taken home after their photos or be brought to the studio at the end of the session to get the family photos then. They aren't able to stay for the whole time. STUDIO The studio will get warm as this helps settle your newborn, because of this I advise you to wear something comfortable and not too warm as you will definitely regret this! Feel free to bring a change of outfit if you wish. I have a privacy changing screen in the studio so you can change. Please refrain from taking your own images during the session. AFTER THE SESSION Around a week or two after your session I will invite you back to the studio to view your final gallery and place your order. I can help you decide on wall art and which images will suit each product best! I offer payment plans so don't be put off choosing what you want!

FINDING ME Here you can see a map diagram of where my studio is based. I am located on a new build estate in Poringland (Clements Gate). Sat navs aren't always accurate in directing to the studio so please familiarise yourself with the location before setting off!

Newborn Mini Session These sessions are perfect for you if you are on a bit of a tighter budget since having your new baby OR if your little one is slightly older as you missed out on a full newborn session. They are around an hour or two in the studio. Your baby will be wrapped throughout almost all of the session so we can ensure they are content and we can get the session done in the allotted time. This session does not include parent or sibling poses. 5 digital images with full printing rights £150 Add 5 matching 8x6 high quality prints for £50 (£200 total) Add sibling/family poses for £35 (£185 total)
