COVID-19 or Corona Virus really makes Indonesia even the whole world under siege. The spread of this virus is so fast that it makes people worry and must stay at home in order to reduce the chain of transmission from Covid-19. Covid 19 is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory system. (WHO,2020). 2

Cont. The first time this disease was discovered in Wuhan in 2019. The corona virus does not only have a serious impact on health but also has a very bad impact on the education sector. Online learning is one way to reduce covid-19 transmission and keep the education system running. (Giatman, 2020). 3

Online class during pandemic direct students to be wise in using the internet and technology so that knowledge and skills continue to increase. Online learning can also be done by anyone, anywhere and anytime by requiring devices such as smartphones and laptops. There are also other media that support online classes, such as the use of google classrooms, zoom, teems and other applications. (Firman, 2020). 5

Online learning that is applied suddenly makes students and teachers have difficulty adapting to this system. Students must use the available time wisely. Time for independent study is much more in this system. Even so, they can still study together with their friends. They can take advantage of technology in doing group assignments and meeting virtually. (Dhawan, 2020). 6

Challenge 7

Online learning also has its own challenges. One of them is for students studying overseas. They choose to return to their hometown with the excuse that they can gather with their beloved family. So, from the various information obtained, not all areas can be reached by the internet network so that they have difficulty in carrying out online classes effectively. 8

The problem of cost is also an obstacle experienced by students in carrying out online classes. This is due to the large amount of costs incurred to buy internet quota and also to use video conferencing during online classes, which takes up a lot of quota compared to discussions via instant messaging applications. (Marilin, 2020). 9

Most students also feel anxious in the online learning system. This is due to the academic demands that must be achieved by each student. This anxiety can make each student's attention distracted so that they are not focused and even reduce their memory. Continuous and prolonged anxiety can cause stress to every student. (Dhawan, 2020). 10

Academic stress is aCsotantte. in which a person is mentally and emotionally depressed. Everyone has a stressful experience that is a response to something stressful that is happening. (Firman, 2020). 11

Online learning also presents challenges for teachers, where they cannot directly monitor students' activities while undergoing learning. Teachers cannot ensure that students really understand what is being taugh. 12

Most students cannot understand well what is being taught from the teachers because of the difficulty in adapting to the new learning system. The teachers provide teaching materials in the form of a lot of reading material, which makes it difficult for students to understand thoroughly. The teachers who communicate with students through existing applications, make the explanations given by the teachers also not comprehensive. (Giatmann, 2020). 13

Covid-19 has made many changes to our lives. Particularly in the field of education, major changes are taking place where the education system has to turn into online learning. Suddenly it made students and teachers and even parents surprised because of the difficulty in adapting. Even so, this online learning system allows students and teachers to have a lot of time with their families at home. That way, the anxiety they experience can be reduced and they can adapt to this system to prevent Covid-19 transmission. 14
