Sistema Tintométrico GENERAL SALE AND SUPPLY CONDITIONS The prices shown in this price guide are expressed in euros and the corresponding tax will be applied. These prices can be modified depending on the market. Price modifications will be notified by PINTURAS IRIS COLOR, S.L in writing and 30 days before the effective date. This price guide annuls the previous ones. Orders regarding different colours from the standard ones must be negociated for the acceptance of a minimum order and new price. The supplied amount could vary in a ±10% from the agreed amount. Refunds regarding special colours will not be admitted. Orders are subject to the units contained in each packaging. The shipping fees for orders under 450 € will be paid by the client. The merchandise leaves our premises in perfect conditions. For that reason, the client must inspect all the parcels and putting on record any claim or anomaly on the delivery note. PINTURAS IRIS COLOR, S.L. will not admit any claim that was not expressed on the delivery not or was not informed in the following 24 hours from the reception of the order. In compliance with the established in the law 11/1997, the FINAL OWNER of the industrial packaging is RESPONSIBLE of the packaging residue or the used packaging for its proper waste management.
