ABOUT US The beginning of the launch of New Diamond Company in 2006 until it assumed a leading position in the field of contracting, finishes and supplies and cooperated in the implementation of projects with several parties, for example, but not limited to the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Housing and Utilities, the Ministry of Petroleum, the Department of Military Engineers and the Department of Military Works, which added to our previous work Sufficient and varied experiences to accomplish all the tasks assigned to us efficiently, quickly and proficiently, with the supervision of distinguished leadership and work teams of managers, engineers, accountants, administrators, technicians and workers. OUR SERVICES 10

EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL We carry out excavation work, transferring waste to public dumps, and backfilling with clean sand in accordance with standard technical specifications. CONSTRUCTION We do concrete work and delivery semi-finished or fully finished according to technical specifications standard. FINISHES We do the finishing works using the best materials and the hands of skilled workers according to the standard technical specifications. ELECTROMECHANICAL & LIGHT CURRENT We do electromechanical works such as medium and low pressure works and distributor works Transformers, internal finishing, air conditioning works, pumps, data works and cameras according to the standard technical specifications. INFRASTRUCTURE We work on networks (sewage - water feeding - fire extinguishing - irrigation - electricity - light current) according to the standard technical specifications. ROADS We do road works such as road cuts, replacement layers, foundation layers and asphalt layers according to the standard technical specifications. 11

BANHA INVESTEMENT ZONE The project consists of: 1- A commercial area with 16 sales outlets and 18 stores 2- An industrial area comprising 147 industrial units with a total area of 50880 m2 and 6 central refrigerators with a total area of 1440 m2 3- An administrative and service area that includes an investor services center consisting of three floors with an area of 4222 m2 and it includes the urban center for women, a building for entre- preneurship, a mosque that accommodates 200 prayer rooms, buildings for workers’ services from one floor, a civil defense building consisting of (ground + first) and an ambulance point 4- A public utility area with an area of 4800 m2 5- A main electrical room and electrical kiosks 6- Infrastructure networks 7- An internal road network with a flat surface of 60,000 m2. - The owner of the project is the Military Works Department under the supervision of the Ministry of Investment. - The project was implemented within 18 months with an estimated value of 500,000,000 Egyptian pounds. 16

EBNI BETAK - Implementation of 8 Buildings, Model No# 1 (ground + 5 floors) with 192 housing units in the “Ebny Beetak (6)” project, with an area of 90 square meters per apartment. - The apartment consists of 3 rooms, reception, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. - The project with a solid slab beam ceiling sys- tem with slabs thickness of 10 and 14 cm. - The owner of the project is the Ministry of Hous- ing and Utilities under the supervision of the 6th of October City Development Authority - The project was implemented in 12 months, with an estimated value of 25,750,000 Egyptian pounds. 18

DAR MASR BUILDINGS - Implementation of 4 residential buildings in New Cairo (ground + 5 floors), 96 housing units with an area of 135 m2 per apartment. - The apartment consists of a master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, a reception, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces. - The project with a flat slab system with a slab thickness of 20 cm. - The owner of the project is the productive co- operative association for construction and road works in Bahariya Oasis under the supervision of the Department of Major Projects in the Engi- neering Authority of the Armed Forces. - The project was implemented within 10 months with an estimated value of 19,000,000 Egyptian pounds. 19

HAYAH KARIMA HOUSING PROJECT - MENOUFIA - Implementation of 7 residential buildings for a decent life (ground + 3 repeated floors) in the vil- lage of Sakiet Abu Shara in the center (Eshmoun) in Menoufia governorate + Establishment of (56) barns. - The value of the project is 50,000,000 (fifty mil- lion Egyptian pounds). - The apartment consists of three rooms, a recep- tion, a kitchen and a bathroom with an area of ​9​ 5 m2 A total of 8 housing units for the building. Attached to each apartment is a barn of 15 m2. - The project with a solid slab beam roof system, the thickness of the tiles is 10 and 12 cm The owner of the project is the Engineering Au- thority of the Armed Forces - Military Works De- partment. The project aims to provide medium housing apartments with complete finishing and facilities And services at the highest level within the initia- tive of a decent life and is considered the largest project For an executing company in Menoufia Gover- norate. 20

NEW ISMAILIA BUILDINGS - Execution of 10 buildings (ground + 5 floors) with 240 housing units, having an area of 90 square meters per apartment. - The apartment consists of 3 rooms, recep- tion, kitchen, bathroom and terrace - The project with a solid slab beam system - The owner of the project is the productive cooperative association for construction and road works in Bahariya Oasis under the super- vision of the Department of Major Projects in the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forc- es - The project was implemented in 12 months with an estimated value of 41,500,000 Egyp- tian pounds. 21
