Bossy’s Corner1st Quarter | 2018

2 | Bossy’s Corner Team, I wanted to reflect on the results for 2017 for the Cal Neva North Region. Given all the challenges and changes we faced, I would say we had an amazing year in 2017. I cannot express how grateful I am to lead and be surrounded by such amazing professionals that represent the Academy Vision on a daily basis. We finished 2017 with the following results: • Finished as the #5 Region (out of 13 total Regions) for Academy in fundings. • Funded 3,385 units for $889,211,749 in fundings. $763,564,166 was purchase business which was approximately 85% Purchase business. • We set a Regional record for Club Qualifiers, as we have 25 qualifiers. • #1 Branch in Volume was Modesto Branch. • #1 Branch in Units was Yuba City Branch. • Branch that increased their production the most from 2016 to 2017 was the Bakersfield branch. They funded 74 more units and $16,075,888 more in volume. • #1 LO in total production was Monica Bowman. • #1 LO in Purchase Business was Charly Bates. • #1 LO in Total Units was Sonny Aguilera. • #1 LO in Purchase Units was Charly Bates. • LO that increased their production the most from 2016 to 2017 was Michelle Camacho. She ended up funding $13,669,320 more in 2017, qualifying for her first time for Presidents Club. • Opened 6 New Branches: Elko, Los Gatos, Napa, San Jose, San Jose- Almaden and San Mateo.
