I made this book to give credit to the youth that push- es me to stay true. Some of these people I have known since middle school, and some of them I met minutes before I took their picture. Yet every single one of them wanted to be a part of my art, even without knowing what the project was about. You all inspire me, and this book pays homage to you! Who I am and who I want to be as an artist, creator, and human are not feasible with- out the youth culture that surrounds me. And I’m learn- ing more every day! To everyone that supports me: I am forever grateful for your kindness and generosity. That is why I made this! So, without futher ado... Drumroll please. The official, first-ever, for the youth by the youth, STRAIGHT CREEPS YEARBOOK: VOLUME 1. What a delight! As many of you may know, I am a max- imalist. I like to put as much extra editing as possible when I am producing video or photo work. However, for this book, I challenged myself to be a minimalist; Putting as much emphasis on the beautiful people within it. I am so excited to share my end product with you, Reader. As I said, this book is all about the kids that surround me and make my livelihood and dreams come true. I asked each participant to write down their name, age, where they are from, what they do, and any other information they would like to share with you. Yes, you. The Reader! I also told them to dress in their favorite outfits. This way, you can truly see the persona being presented to you. Each person shines a very special light. I hope you enjoy.
