The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning systems for cooling and heating. It is a Non smoking apartment (however, smoking on the veranda is allowed). The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda is decorated with plants and offers a rather big table and a bench for 3 to 4 persons; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated with drives for winding-up and unrolling the awnings. If you want a sunbathe, just wind-up the awning ..... The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and an air conditioner. A small room, with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person, has access to a separate balcony. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools, a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person) and imposing furniture, and it is equipped with another air conditioner. The Cable TV with over 60 national and international channels is an Android TV (YouTube, Chromecast, etc.) for music and much more. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are foreseen for 4 persons. The bathroom with shower / WC is not of that big size, but it is .....cute ....! We gave to our apartment the nickname \"Olive branch\" . There are various olive branches illuminated behind glass, but also an olive tree branch used for the living room lamp. Olive tree wood was used to fabricate the dining table. Large bowls of olive-tree wood are filled with lumbers washed-out by the Mediterranean Sea, and on the Veranda there are some olive trees, planted in pots. The soap in the bathroom, the shower bath, the shampoo, the body lotion - everything made from the olive ... Regarding the slogan \"olive\" we will come up in the future with some surprises for our guests. Now what our guests mostly care about : The most necessary things are within a range of 200 meters, i.e. not more than 2 minutes away: >banks, >ATMs, >pharmacies, >grocery stores, >supermarkets, >bakeries, >pizzeria with take-away-food , etc.

ATTACHMENT B OBJEKTBESCHREIBUNG Seien Sie herzlich willkommen in unserer Athener Penthouse-Wohnung! Unsere sich im 4. Obergeschoß (Penthouse) eines Wohnhauses befindliche Ferienwohnung (mit Klimaanlagen zur Kühlung sowie zur Beheizung ausgestattet) ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (jedoch ist das Rauchen auf der Veranda zulässig). Die ca. 30 Quadratmeter große, mit Pflanzen geschmückte Veranda bietet an einem reichlich bemessenen Tisch 3 bis 4 Personen auf einer Sitzbank Platz und ist mit Schatten spendenden Markisen, die mit elektrisch bedienbaren Antrieben zum Ab- und Aufrollen versehen sind, ausgestattet. Wer ein Sonnenbad nehmen will, rollt natürlich die Markise ein..... Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, und zwar mit einem 1,6 m breiten Doppelbett, einem geräumigen Einbauschrank und einem Klimagerät. Ein kleines Zimmer, mit einem 1,2 m breiten Einzelbett für eine dritte Person, hat Zugang zu einem separaten Balkon. Das geräumige und gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem hohen Eßtisch und Barhockern, einer großen Couch (Schlafgelegenheit für die vierte Person) sowie nettem Mobiliar ist mit einer weiteren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Fernseher ist mit einem Decoder für Kabel-TV (über 60 nationale und internationale Kanäle) und Android-TV (Youtube, Chromecast, etc.) für Musik und vieles mehr versehen. Die mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Klapptisch mit zwei Klappstühlen als Sitzgelegenheit. Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck sind für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC ist von der Größe her mittelgroß bis klein, .....aaaaber fein....! Unserer Ferienwohnung haben wir den Beinamen „Olivenzweig“ gegeben. Zum einen sind es diverse, hinter Glas beleuchtete Olivenzweige, zum anderen ein für die Wohnzimmer-Leuchte verwendeter Olivenbaum-Ast. Olivenbaum-Holz musste aber auch für einen Esstisch herhalten. Große Schalen aus Olivenbaum-Holz sind mit vom Mittelmeer angeschwemmten Kleinhölzern gefüllt, und auf der Veranda sind einige Oliven-Bäumchen, in Töpfe gepflanzt, aufgestellt. Die im Badezimmer befindliche Seife, das Duschbad, das Shampoo, die Body-Lotion - alles von der Olive... Zum Motto „Olive“ werden wir uns zeitnah noch einige Überraschungen für unsere Gäste einfallen lassen.....
Nun zu dem, was unsere Gäste interessiert : Das Allernötigste ist im Umkreis von 200 Metern, also in max. 2 Minuten erreichbar: Banken und Geldautomaten, Apotheken, Lebensmittel-und Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Pizzeria unter anderem mit Speisen (der mediterranen Küche) zum Mitnehmen, u.a.m. Das erwähnenswerte an unserer Ferienwohnung ist die eigentlich sehr zentrale Lage für alles, was seitens unserer Gäste erwartet wird : In einem Radius von etwa einem Kilometer, also in weniger als 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, liegen die „Points of interest“, die unsere Gäste interessieren : > die Akropolis (und nicht weit von ihr entfernt auch das Akropolis Museum); > der im Neo-Klassizistischen Stil gehaltene THISSION-Platz mit seinen Tavernen, Restaurants, Cafes, Clubs und Bars - ein „Muß“ für jeden Athen-Besucher; > das 500 m entfernte und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbare KERAMEIKOS-Areal, einerseits an der gleichnamigen METRO-Station und gleichzeitig am „Alten Athener Gaswerk“ - heute TECHNOPOLIS genannt- liegend, hat neben einer Vielzahl von Cafés, Tavernen, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs auch vieles in Sachen Kunst und Kultur für Groß und Klein zu bieten, wie beispielsweise Ausstellungen, Theatervorstellungen, Konzerte, Festivals, und dies das ganze Jahr über; > auch das historische Stadtzentrum Athens mit der PLAKA und dem Flohmarkt am MONASTIRAKI-Platz (auf der anderen Seite am Fuße der Akropolis) sind nicht weiter als 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt; > sollten Sie sich für einen Kurz-Trip zu naheliegenden Inseln (Ägina, Hydra, Poros, Andros u.v.a.m.) entscheiden ? Dann sind Sie per S-Bahn in 13 Minuten am Hafen von Piräus (von uns sind es 10 Minuten, also 800m zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station PETRALONA); > eine der neuesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Athens ist das eindrucksvolle “KULTUR-ZENTRUM der STAVROS-NIARCHOS-STIFTUNG”. Unsere wärmste Empfehlung : Schauen Sie sich die Webseite der Stiftung an (reichhaltiges und äußerst vielfältiges Programm für Groß und Klein), und treffen dann selbst ihre Entscheidung. Das Kulturzentrum ist ca. 6km von uns entfernt. Die Taxi-Kosten belaufen sich auf etwa 6 € für 3 bis 4 Personen. Google-Maps-Strecken für die vorgenannten „Points of interest“ sind unserem Inserat selbstverständlich beigefügt (die entsprechenden Links inklusive). Ebenfalls zur Nutzung durch unsere Gäste stehen in der Wohnung u.a. auch ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Staubsauger, Eimer, Besen, Schaufel, Wischer, sowie Wasserschläuche für Veranda und Balkon zur Verfügung.
ATTACHMENT C ΠΑΡΟΥΣΙΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑΤΟΣ Καλώς ήρθατε στο ρετιρέ μας στην Αθήνα! Το κατάλυμα που βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο (ρετιρέ) πολυκατοικἰας, είναι διαμέρισμα για μη καπνίζοντες (ωστόσο επιτρέπεται το κάπνισμα στη βεράντα). Η βερἀντα 30 τετρ.μἐτρων εἰναι διακοσμημένη με φυτά. Ἐχει τραπἐζι και ἀνετο πἀγκο για τρία με τέσσερα άτομα και σκιάζεται απὀ τέντες, οι οποίες διαθἐτουν ηλεκτρικἰνητο μηχανισμὀ ανοἰγματος και τυλἰγματος. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι 1,6 m πλἀτους, ευρύχωρη εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα και κλιματιστικό. Ένα μικρό δωμάτιο με μονό κρεβάτι πλάτους 1,2 m για το τρίτο άτομο (διαθἐτει και ανεμιστἠρα τοἰχου), έχει πρόσβαση σε ένα ξεχωριστό μπαλκόνι. Η σαλοτραπεζαρἰα με σκαμποκαρἐκλες διαθἐτει επἰσης μεγἀλο και ἀνετο καναπἐ, για να κοιμἀται τἐτερτο ἀτομο, καθὠς και εντυπωσιακὀ τραπἐζι με „τα διἀφορἀ του“. Η τηλεὀραση είναι εξοπλισμένη με αποκωδικοποιητή για πρὀγραμμα WIND VISION, δηλ. πἀνω απὀ 60 δορυφορικἀ Κανἀλια, και με ANDROID TV (δηλ. Youtube, Chromecast κ. α.) για μουσικἠ, ταινἰες και πολλἀ ἀλλα. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο, φούρνο, κεραμική εστία, πλυντήριο πιάτων, πλυντήριο ρούχων, βραστήρα, καφετιέρα και τοστιέρα. Τα μαγειρικά σκεύη, τα σκεύη και τα μαχαιροπήρουνα προβλἐφθηκαν για 4 άτομα. Το λουτρὀ διαθἐτει WC, νυπτἠρα και ντουζιέρα . Ονομἀσαμε το διαμέρισμά μας \"Κλάδος Ελιάς\". Αφ’ ενὀς υπάρχουν διάφορα κλαδιά ελιάς μἐσα σε φωτιζὀμενες προθἠκες, αλλά και ένα μεγἀλο κλαδί ελιάς που χρησιμοποιἠθηκε για το φωτιστικὀ στο σαλόνι. Το ξύλο ελιάς χρισημοποιἠθηκε και για να κατασκευαστεἰ η τραπεζαρἰα. Μεγάλα μπωλ από ξύλο ελιάς εἰναι γεμάτα με ξυλαρἀκια που ξεβρἀστηκαν από τη Μεσόγειο. Στη βεράντα φυτεύτηκαν μικρἀ ελαιόδεντρα σε γλάστρες. Το σαπούνι στο μπάνιο, το υγρὀ για το ντουζ, το σαμπουάν, η λοσιόν σώματος - τα πάντα από ελιά ... Για το σύνθημα \"Ελιά\" θα βρούμε στο μέλλον μερικές ακὀμα εκπλήξεις για τους επισκέπτες μας.
Τἰ ενδιαφέρει τους πελάτες μας πρωτἰστως: Τα πλἐον απαραίτητα θα τα βρεἰτε σε ακτίνα 200 μέτρων, δηλαδή σε 2 λεπτά το πολὐ: Τράπεζες και ΑΤΜ, φαρμακεία, παντοπωλεία και σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, πιτσαρίες κ.α. Αξιοσημείωτη του διαμερίσματός μας είναι η πραγματικά πολύ κεντρική θέση για ὀσα αναμένει ο επισκέπτης μας: Σε ακτίνα περίπου ενός χιλιομέτρου και σε λιγότερο από 10 έως 15 λεπτά ποδαρὀδρομο βρἰσκονται τα «σημεία ενδιαφέροντος» που οι επισκέπτες μας θἐλουν να δουν: > την Ακρόπολη (και λἰγο πιο πἐρα το Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης). > τη πλατεία ΘΗΣΕΙΟΥ με το νεοκλασικὀ στιλ της : οι ταβέρνες, τα μεζεδοπωλεἰα, τα εστιατόρια, οι καφετέριες, τα κλαμπἀκια και τα μπαρἀκια - ένα \"must\" για κάθε επισκέπτη της Αθήνας. > 500 μέτρα μακριά και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρἰσκεται η περιοχή του Κεραμεικού. Κοντἀ στον ομὀνυμο σταθμό του ΜΕΤΡΟ βρἰσκεται το ΓΚΑΖΙ, δηλ.το παλιὀ εργοστἀσιο Φωταερίου της Αθἠνας , που ονομἀζεται σήμερα ΤΕΧΝΟΠΟΛΙΣ. Θα βρεἰτε πολλἐς καφετέριες, ταβέρνες, εστιατόρια, μεζεδοπωλεἰα, μπαρ και κλαμπ. ATTACHEMENT D DESCRIPTION DE L'APPARTEMENT Bienvenue dans notre appartement penthouse à Athènes! L'appartement situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble résidentiel est équipé de systèmes de climatisation pour le refroidissement et le chauffage. C'est un appartement non-fumeur (cependant, il est permis de fumer dans la véranda). La grande et spacieuse véranda d'environ 30 mètres carrés est décorée avec des plantes et offre une assez grande table et un banc pour 3 à 4 personnes. La véranda est équipée d'auvents fonctionnant électriquement avec des entraînements permettant de les enrouler et de les dérouler. Si vous voulez prendre un bain de soleil, enroulez le store ..... L'appartement comprend une chambre pour deux personnes avec un lit double de 1,6 m de large, une grande armoire encastrée et un climatiseur. Une petite chambre avec un lit simple de 1,2 m de large pour une troisième personne a accès à un balcon séparé. Le salon spacieux et confortable comprend une table à manger haute et des tabourets de bar, un grand canapé (possibilité de couchage pour une quatrième personne) et un mobilier imposant. Il est équipé d'un autre climatiseur. La télévision par câble avec plus de 60 chaînes nationales et internationales est une télévision Android (YouTube, Chromecast, etc.) destinée à la musique et bien plus encore. La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four, d'une plaque vitrocéramique, d'une hotte, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge, d'une bouilloire, d'une cafetière et d'un grille-pain. Il a une table pliante avec deux chaises pliantes pour les sièges. Des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et des couverts sont prévus pour 4 personnes. La salle de bain avec douche / WC est de taille moyenne à petite er bien, mais elle est ... mignonne ....! Nous avons donné à notre appartement le surnom \"Branche d'olivier\". Il y a différentes branches d'olivier illuminées derrière du verre, mais aussi une branche d'olivier utilisée pour la lampe du salon. Le bois d'olivier a été utilisé pour fabriquer la table à manger. De grandes cuvettes de bois d'olivier sont remplies de bûches emportées par la mer Méditerranée et, dans la véranda, des oliviers plantés dans des pots. Le savon dans la salle de bain, la douche, le shampoing, la lotion pour le corps - tout est fait à partir de l’olive ...

Ma femme travaille pour une société de gestion d'aéroport et moi en tant qu'infirmière pour une organisation internationale d'aide médicale. Ma faiblesse est ma famille. Ma passion est la physiothérapie. Mes loisirs préférés sont le snowboard, l'escalade et la randonnée à Olympus Mountain. Je parle grec et anglais. Quand j'étais enfant, comme je voyageais avec mes parents dans de nombreux pays européens, j'ai appris en tant que voyageur à apprécier les bons soins, un excellent service et des informations détaillées. Meine Frau arbeitet für eine Flughafenmanagement-Gesellschaft und ich als Krankenpleger für eine internationale Organisation für medizinische Nothilfe. Meine große Schwäche ist meine Familie, meine Leidenschaft die Physiotherapie. Meine liebsten Hobbys sind Snowboarden, Klettern und Wandern am Olymp. Ich spreche Griechisch und Englisch.
