Amateur of the Month - February Amateur of the Month - MarchPhyllis Hopwood Amy ToliverPhyllis Hopwood was born and raised in Nebraska, I was raised in a small horse town in California called Norco. Horsesand has been around horses her whole life. Her horse have always been a large part of my life.
