Meet the committees Finance committee Assists MC leadership in the budgeting and forecasting process and monitors and analyzes the income and expenses to improve overall profitability. This committee also keeps the ALC informed on the financial performance of the MC. Growth Committee Assists the MC leadership in the overall growth of the Market Center. Works with the MC leadership to identify and attract other associates to the Market Center. Education/TECH Committee Assists the MC leadership with implementation of ongoing technology training of KWRI related technology and other technology helpful in building agentsʼ businesses within the MC. Also assists the MC in software and hardware related opportunities. Culture Committee Assists MC leadership in creating a Market Center that no agent would ever want to leave. Assists in fundraising for KW Cares and any local agent needing emergency funds. Assists in organizing care, comfort and non-monetary support to those in need within the MC or local committee in the spirit of ʻfamily helping familyʼ. If there is not a separate RED Day or Events Committee then the culture committee would also coordinate participation of RED Day, holiday parties, award ceremonies, meet & greet events and more! Commercial Committee: Assists in the overall growth of qualified commercial associates in the MC. Harmoniously integrates the commercial division with the residential specialty of the MC. Helps to create an ideal environment for the commercial real estate agent within the MC and assists in developing value adds & deliverables to membership based upon feedback.

Meet the committees cont. Agent Advocate Committee Leads efforts to advocate agent centric ideals with local, state, and national associations in the RE industry. Safety Committee Promotes safety standards and best practices for agents conducting business in the field. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (DEI): Maintains a welcoming and inclusive environment for all protected classes & ensures our culture does not discriminate against our differences. This committee teaches agents how to increase their network & net-worth by eliminating bias and becoming accessible to various demographics including community outreach. Strategic Alliances Committee: Works with MC leadership and Strategic Alliance Partners to create an implementation plan. Helps to promote vendor partnership in the MC & cultivates an awareness of capture rates and value to all agents. (Strategic Alliances are ancillary business partners that either have JVʼs or MSAs with the MC). Luxury Committee: Assists in the overall growth of qualified luxury real estate associates in the MC. Helps to create an ideal environment for the Luxury Real Estate Agent within the MC and assists in developing value adds and deliverables to membership based upon feedback.
