TERMS AND CONDITIONSThis certificate entitles you and one companion to your choice of a 3 day/2-night stay to one of the destinationslisted hereon with round trip airfare from select airports in the continental US. For a list of these airports, pleaseconsult with your assigned booking agent or review their terms and conditions before submitting a reservationrequest. 1. By participating in this program the recipient and guest agree that they have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of use and participation; and provide express consent to receive marketing offers from TGG Incentives by participating with this program. Please note that all phone communication with TGG Incentives is recorded and may be monitored for quality and training purposes. 2. The recipient will be required to submit an activation fee before the booking process begins. This activation fee is a non-refundable $69.00 per person and must be paid by money order by completing the form below. You will receive credit for this payment at the time of booking. Please retain the original terms and conditions for future reference. TGG Incentives reserves the right to request the original validation card in the future. Money orders should be made payable to “Hot Promotional Vacations.” If you have general questions about your program please call 571-259-2853 Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Once your completed information has been received, we will email you further information. 3. All vacation offers are subject to TGG Incentives' availability and promotional inventory with entry level accommodations and economy flights. TGG Incentives reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. Travel during peak vacation periods will be subject to additional costs. All travel date requests must be received at least 90 days before the requested travel departure date you provide to the booking agent. Passengers must meet the age requirements established by the travel provider and have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Only one travel offer of this type may be used in a twelve (12) month period. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your vacation offer. 4. You will receive credit for your fee charged in relation to this booking in the following form: any and all cash back or resort credits offered during your vacation, any and all promotions and giveaways offered during your vacation, any and all discounts offered on your vacation as well as the knowledge and expertise of TGG Incentives, the booking agents, their agents and assigns. All lead times quoted are from the point that you contact the booking agent. To avoid surcharges, do not attempt to book in high season or peak travel times and avoid holiday travel. Transportation, such as airfare, is guaranteed at promotional rates only from approved major US International airports. Air transportation for promotional offers is for mid-week travel and will be subject to surcharges for weekend flights. 5. Even though you may book your vacation any date/time the quoted rates are available, every cruise, hotel, resort and air flight is not available every day. However, there are many dates available to book your vacation. Cruises, resorts and hotels are booked with specific providers as to guarantee you the best possible rates. Cruises are booked with inside cabins. Upgrades are, however, available for a nominal charge. 6. TGG Incentives service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, airline or travel service provider, if applicable. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are traveling outside your country of residence TGG Incentives recommends all travelers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. For your protection TGG Incentives always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.

7. This offer is not valid for groups. Certificates are non- transferable. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional, discount or coupon offer. This certificate cannot be used by client principles, employees or related parties. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This certificate is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user, or if not paid for by the primary issuing merchant or distributor, who purchased direct from TGG Incentives. 8. By participating in this vacation offer the travelers agree that TGG Incentives will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith.
