Well, if the firstthree weeks are any indicator of what is to come, I wouldsay that we will be unstoppable. I have had a chance tomeet some of you and I look forward to meeting you all,but the quality, passion and dedication of those I havemet already is unbelievableThis newsletter is the first and we will refine the content and the approachover time but I hope you enjoy a brief message from your leadership team.This was shot from the roof of my apartment in Manhattan. You might thinkthis it is a green screen until you see the wind and hear the sirens. You allhave been so open and authentic with me so I wanted to shoot an open andauthentic video for us to celebrate the early progress of this amazing group.I also wanted to give a special shout out to the team in Nagercoil wholeveraged their amazing work on a site newsletter to help build the format weare using to deliver this West Digital Communications version. We plan to follow this up with a live town hall meeting and ongoing communications but for now enjoy and do send me your thoughts on both the content and the format.
