Located across from the registration desk, this room comes equipped with pens, paper, coloring pages, puzzle pages, a mini-self-care library, and plenty of other resources for you to “zone out” in order to take it all in. The Quiet Room will be available throughout the conference. MINI-MINDFULNESS SESSIONS The Quiet Room will also be home to three mini-mindfulness sessions throughout the conference. Denina Bautti-Cascio of Sage Action Consulting will offer these brief opportunities each morning to help us check in with the present moment and quiet our minds before the day begins. Each session will include breath and body awareness and gentle movements done while seated in a chair or standing. All are welcome, regardless of physical ability or experience with mindfulness-based practices. No special clothing or equipment required, either! Come as you are, ready for the conference and ready to get mindful. Weather-permitting, these sessions may be held in the courtyard outside the Quiet Room.
