Editor’s Message    Editorial Team       Dear members of the Shriram family,  Amit Bhatia  Prachi Mishra        I am delighted to present to you the first issue of One Shriram,  V Suresh             the first Internal Magazine of our wonderful group.  Subhashree M  Mahesh C             Our group is one of the largest financial services conglomerate  Varun Kishore Raavi  in India. Yet, how many of us know about the group beyond  Amit Agrawal         the artificial boundaries created around us by our branches,  Ashish Goyal         our zones and our companies. Through this magazine our  Garima Behl          intent is to make sure that all of you get to know more about  Rima Srivastava      what has made this group such a coveted one and why this  Shishir Jain         group is the darling of the employees, investors and all other                       stakeholders.                         Shriram Group together has an overall customer base in                       excess of 21.5 million, around 74,500 employees across                       3,950 branches and net profit of over R4900 crore with                       Assets Under Management (AUM) of R1.75 lakh crore. Let                       the magnitude sink in a bit; if our 21.5 million customers and                       their families were to be a separate country, they would be                       the 14th most populous country on this planet. That is the                       magnitude of the difference that all of you are making in this                       world. All of us must take a fair bit of pride in this.                         It is but natural that we begin our journey in One Shriram with                       learnings from our founder R. Thyagarajan. What motivated                       him to embark on the Shriram journey? What was his vision                       and how much of that vision have we come good on? Doing                       the interview with him to write out this piece was a pleasure.                       We also introduce you to a few seniors in the group and their                       thought process.                         Going forward, we would like all of you to contribute towards                       your own One Shriram.
