CONTRIBUTIONS Cleanliness refers to the state of being clean. It is something which must not be forced but encouraged. The streets of a nation is the face of the nation. The first impression an outsider gets is from here without any doubt. This shows not just that the society is responsible, but also that it is healthy. A dirty street gives an impression of diseases and no body will feel like visiting again. And rightly so. It might not be easy to keep the society clean, but it isn’t impossible.  by Ashwika Amit 9D Anti-Litter, Don’t Be Bitter, Stop This Litter! One of the steps we can take to good health is keeping our surroundings clean. Cleanliness is not just essential physically or mentally but also environmentally. It can help in prevention or can cure people from communicable diseases. We remember taking care of our body or home, but forget about how we are destroying our environment every day. Cleaning of public toilets should be encouraged more. Basic knowledge of how to keep our environment clean should be promoted from a very young age. by Siddhi Shankar 9A For further reference refer : https://youtu.be/RsSAuJ5KYaA https://drive.google.com/file/d/10a5z-MPbQEXBeAjbrgNtZFSs8AUKXXcL/view?usp=drivesdk

“I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.” These beautiful words said by our Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi that explain us the importance of cleanliness. Our India is a developed country but there are some problems, people do not understand the importance of cleanliness. People do not find it important to throw the garbage in dustbin either they prefer to throw it in surroundings that cause in destroying and damaging the beauty of mother environment. The dirt in the surroundings can be cleaned, but the dirt in the people’s mind cannot be cleaned unless they understand the importance of hygiene.  -by Lakshay Diwakar 10C
