VIRTUAL DIGITAL INNOVATION FRAMEWORK • The Digital Innovation Framework (D.I.F.) is a virtual consultation (2-3 hours) where a sub-selection of work operations (processes) are captured and documented. These can be related to cross-product, cross-team or inter- disciplinary in nature and selected based on the clients needs. Ideal for BIM based workflows where model integrity and data collaboration is critical • Assessment of the five critical components of design delivery (Design, Collaboration, Simulation, SOP and Communication) at the workflow level. This gives clients and immediate understanding of gaps in technology and even skills that can be addressed to increase efficiency. • Realize the benefit of the D.I.F. with a summary presentation by Graitec on the findings and recommendations to implement changes. 2
