Established in Jakarta in 2004 by Mr. Halim Suwandi. Hexa group consist of three companies. For power plant and oil & gas industry. We focus on providing various type of services, include engineering construction, and maintenance. Since 2004 we have continued to grow and build our company, which was initially registered as private limited company (Perseroan Terbatas) in 2008 as PT HEXA PRIMA ENERGY. Standard Operating Procedure for Ocupational Health, Safety & Enviromental In all the project we undertake, we are very concerned about the health and safety of our employees. For this reason, we apply on SOP for health, Safety and Environment (HSE), which includes a requirment for all employees to always use personal safety equipment such as hard hats, gas detectors, protective clothing, mask adn other other health and safety equipment. we also always adhere to occupational health and safety standards of certain industries that have safety regulations which are far more stringent and speci c, such as those applied in the gas and oil industry Ocupational Health & Safety Consultant In order to ensure that our HSE policy is fully in compliance with standard obligations, Hexa Group has engaged a consultant who specializes in occupational health and safety . This is to assist us in formulating our HSE policy and also to provide training and certi cation in the eld of health and safety in the workplace Strict Ocupational Health & Safety Inspections Our employees recieve training and certi cation in occupational health and safety. we also have a specially trained supervisor who is devoted solely to overseeing and ensuring that all occupational health and safety procedures are implemented by all our employees in the eld. the strictness of our health and safety standards is also reinforced by periodic inspections from our principals and clients. these inspection apply not only to our eld operations, but also to our head of ce
