For out of state residence it costs 56,000. Financial aid is always being handed out in the form of scholarships.

School Description RICE is an amazing, beautiful, and open college. 20,000 kids apply to RICE and 15,000 are accepted. RICE’s campus consists of 50,000 students. It’s a private, non-religious, coed campus. The student to teacher ration is 71.9%.
