Faculty Of Management & Economics The Faculty of Management and Economics was formerly known as Faculty of Business and Economics was established in November 2002 in accordance with the development of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. There are four departments in the faculty, namely Department of Educational Management, Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Department of Accountancy and Finance, and Department of Economics. The Faculty of Management and Economics obtained the Certificate of ISO 9001: 2000 on the 18th November 2003. It was the first faculty to be awarded the certificate in the University. In an effort to strengthen the field of education, the faculty aims to further promote knowledge through teaching, research, publications, and consultancy to cater to the needs of our clients and other concerned parties.

PROF. MADYA DR. MOHD ASRI BIN MOHD NOOR DEAN OF FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS UNIVERSITY PENDIDIKAN SULTAN IDRIS FPE aims to be a leader in producing future generations of leaders in line with the motto faculty “Leading Future Minds”. Various efforts have been and are underway to realize this desire in line with UPSI's ambition to become University No. 1 Education. This business is not easy and requires the support of all parties. THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT & ECONOMICS

\"LAMAN ILMU\" Laman Ilmu, which was established in 2019 and in my opinion, is also one of the attractions of students in the Faculty of Management and Economics (FPE), and other faculties also use this place. Here I can see that the environment is quite busy with students lining up to buy their favourite food including myself and afterwards we walked straight to the \"Laman ilmu\" to eat the food we bought while chatting with friends. Currently, based on my experience as a student at FPE, I would use this place to rest before class begins. What I see on this place is going to be filled with a lot of students in the morning and afternoon, as most of them have classes at that time and use this place while waiting for the class to start. While waiting for the class, I always go to the kiosk that sells different kinds of food and drinks that are located between the FPE and the Faculty of Human Development (FPM). Not only that with the establishment of this place, but I was also able to communicate and interact with many students, whether at FPE or from other faculties. It was because, including its open area, I can communicate with everyone. Finally, I am very proud to be one of the students at FPE because I can see that since the first day I became a student at this faculty, there are fewer facilities available to students, but now many improvements are made from time to time. I hope that FPE will remain successful and become an attraction for students at FPE and other faculties.

FEELING TIRED IN THE MORNING OR A café is known as “Nescafe FPE UPSI” is a place to refresh and rejuvenate, which has been operating on the campus since early 2018. FEELING SLEEPY DURING CLASSES, Located in front of O-mart, the Nescafe pop-up store provides hot and NESCAFE FPE UPSI HAVE A SOLUTION cold coffee with variable tastes. FOR YOU! Nescafe FPE UPSI provided a more welcoming environment than any of the local coffee houses. The barista was friendlier, they would help customers by explaining the many options available and even offering suggestions such as the Special Recipe. Sometimes the barista will stop to greet someone coming to the café, by greeting ‘Hi, welcome’ every time people passing by. Besides writing the name of the drink ordered on the side of cups, Nescafe barista also typically asks for a customer’s first name when accepting a drink order. The name is written on the cup and called out when the order is ready

\"ROOFTOP GARDEN\" As we know, the post-millennial students of Gen Z have been growing up in a different environment that we grew up in. FPE has provided an attractive and conducive open learning space known as Rooftop Garden. Rooftop Garden area offers a beautiful view of other faculties and the potential to accommodate more active learning activities. It also tends to be overcrowded during peak hours from 11 am to 2 pm. Rooftop Garden is one of the best places in FPE and appears to be a favourite spot where students tend to engage in long leisurely conversation among peers and some sharing events.

\"O'MART\" Omart name was taken in conjunction with the combination of Our Mart names. Omart is owned by the Faculty of Economic Management. Provided to facilitate FPE students in particular but students from other faculties are most welcome to come to buy and use the service at Omart. There are many other necessities available at OmartThe location is very convenient as Omart is located on the ground floor of the Faculty of Economic Management and faces Nescafe.Omart will be operating from Monday to Saturday. Omart is managed by the students of the Faculty of Management and Economics themselves to train their skills of management.

\"BEKU\" BEKU Malaysia launched their very first ever BEKU Cube at UPSI, Tanjung Malim on the 8th of October 2019. Beku is one of the attractions in FPE and it is also at the strategic place in UPSI which students can see the kiosk easily. BEKU is a slushie drink maker who makes handcrafted icy beverages at affordable prices. You must try it and not regret it!. BEKU also provides chairs and tables for students who want to relax their mind and while drinking their beverages. The environment here is nice because some of the students like to take a break here while waiting for the next class and see other students walk away to their class. Sometimes, I drink the mixed berry yosh! with my friends before we start our class because it can refresh our mind.
