Trama e ordito si incontrano per dar vita al tessuto desiderato che viene controllato TESSITURA e disposto in grandi pezze pronte per il taglio. CARRERA 10 E’ l’ultimo processo di produzione del prodotto, in cui i denim vengono lavati in apposite lavatrici. Più è lungo il tempo di lavaggio più il jeans LAVAGGIO diventa chiaro. I jeans lavati vengono asciugati e portati al controllo qualità. WASHING Our washing department boasts of the latest technology washing machines. We use long washing programs to achieve a light coloured jeans finish. Washed jeans are then dried and taken to the quality control department.
